These are great for my daughter - she does bite on the straw though, and it gets out of shape - but it's not the fault of the straw. As long as the ring stays in place, there's no leakage.

Great quality. NO stamp that said Made in China. Was the biggest plus. This is exactly what my father was looking for after another one like it got broken.

I bought these a second time. I'm warning you - my husband uses 3-4 large ice cubes every time he drinks something, okay? In order for the straw to go in the middle for the lid to screw on you have to wait between each ice cube so they don't stick together. When they stick together and he forces the issue - he has broken two of these cups from too much force. This is operator error. For 4 cups for $30, you're not going to get unbreakable plastic, in my opinion. We both love these cups. I read some saying the lids O-ring fell out. Hones, I don't get that. They are inserted well into a groove in the lid. A little hard to get out, actually. I rinse the lid, well, after every use. I dry it well. I only wash the O-ring once in a while. I recommend these cups. Just remember, no forceful jabs to break up ice. Lol!

I ordered these insulated mason jars as I had previously ordered the 32oz Mason jar. They are insulated and keeps things hot or cold without the outside of the jar sweating. These are the 20 oz jars which is a great size.

Nice 20 oz drinking cups for water or warm drinks. I like the lids with matching plastic straws. Great drinking cups for kids and adults. I have arthritis in my hands and the handles make it easy to hold the cups. The lids are easy to open but do not spilled if turned over. I would buy again.

I have ordered this type product from Amazon before but did not remember which brand. So I ordered these from Zephyr Canyon 2 months ago as they looked similar to my prior product. Not too long after beginning to use them, I noticed water in the bottom of the outer layer and steam on the outside of the inner layer. I just now compared these mugs to one I had left from the earlier purchase. They are very different as the original one I purchased has no seams for moisture/water to seep into. In comparing the Zephyr mug with the photos on the Amazon site, I also see that what I received does not match the picture for the Zephyr product. Even though I cannot see clearly whether the picture shows the seams, the handle is definitely different. I am now very leery of ordering mugs from Amazon, but if I do I will definitely return them if they are like the ones I am reviewing. The mug on the left is one I have had for quite a while, the one on the right The Zephyr Canyon mug. I admit that I wash them in the dishwasher, though hand washing is recommended. But I have not had the problem of seepage with the ones that have no seams in the construction.

They keep drinks cold but the lifs are hard to trmovr after drinking
