Received in 4Days after ordering. It's my fourth box. I often take breaks from gym. So before I start continuing my routine I always order this. Its takes more than a week or two to come on track.After 11 days of continue taking dosage of full scoops I am able to see results. I am observe less fatigue while exercising. 250gm for Rs519 was really a good deal. It will easily last me for 2 months. Remember1.You take full scoop only for initial days to fill the gap and after it continue with half scoop only.2.Drink plenty of water. Even during exercise. I drink 2ltrs of water during exercise.3.Take adequate rest in the night to recover muscle teardown.4. Try to take it with your preworkout or you can take this half liter water before workout or after workout.Friends All i said good is not true. This creatine isn't good in increasing appetite and indurance at all. All waste of money. Put good review for the gift I received to buy earlier MA protein item. I wasted my Rs500 for this 250gm of soil. Don't waste yours. Asitis or gncpro can be expensive but good. Asitis showed results within a week.This doesn't create any burp or discomfort in stomach which is sign for real creatine. But this one is totally useless.I will update if I see any result.

(I don’t normally write reviews but this felt really important)The first batch of this product was like a dream, it was affordable , fine micronised powder and worked very well. However, like every dream, it was short lived.The creatine I received second time was a total disaster . For the first look , there wasn’t any desiccant (as in the first one i received) in it but i was like it’s okay . But as soon as i took a spoonful, the creatine looked more like sugar crystals rather than powder. It didn’t dissolve well (and how could it, it had huge crystal chunks) and had some fruity smell( creatine should be odourless). This stuff can literally send someone to the ER . I’m highly disappointed with the seller and the company . They ruined what could’ve been a good international creatine alternative.So buy at your own discretion.Definitely ZERO STARS from me.Edit: Kudos to the Amazon team for looking into the matter and helping out with refund .

Good for begginers ...and as for the flavor it's unflavoured ..so tasteless ..i have used it before...it's a decent product ata a decent price..bt this time i found lumps and clots in it....otherwise it is a decent product

Muscle Asylum Review I received the product today and I was very happy with my workout . Creatine Mixability is very good. There isn’t any chunk. The taste is good. Got a sample sachet of BCAA and PRE WORKOUT. Tried BCAA blue razz candy flavour and it was awesome . It kept me hydrated during my workout. The very famous F9 PRO Pre Workout is one of the best pre I have ever taken. It just made the workout even more intense. There isn’t much of tingling sensation. Made me lift heavy and sweat it out at gym. Final verdict: One of the best product I have ever tried on and made my workout a satisfying one .
