ZUPOO WORKS!! BUT WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HELP IT WORK AT ITS BEST??
I used this a few years ago before I started to transition to a Vegan diet. I used to eat fast food, donuts, and all types of junk. It would help me poop but I wasn’t helping my gut with my poor eating/drinking habit. Those who don’t get much results, you should think what are you doing to gelp Zupoo work at it’s best? I eat no meat, I don’t eat fast food nor any artificial/gmo type of foods. Just veggies and fruits. This is a BIG ONE!! You need to take Probiotics and drink Psyllium Husk Powder in a smoothie or by itself in water. Probiotics will help increase the good gut bacteria and psyllium husk will soak up the poop that is caked to your walls which that’s where the Bad Bacteria sits. Those who have health issues, is because your gut balance is off. Need to get rid of the bad bacteria. Hygiene and cleaning your hands helps too because that stuff can come back into your body if you don’t clean yourself and your home regularly. ZUPOO, only helps to clean your gut out, it WONT help balance your guts bacteria level. Again Probiotics, veggies, fruits and psyllium husks will get you right in the more natural way. YOU WONT HAVE TO RELY ON MEDICATION ANYMORE!!!

Not everyone is the same when trying to loose weight....
As the title clearly states, every body is different & everyone has their own eating habits as no two diets are the same. But the one thing I know is that aside from sounding like a commercial for this product is that when we get older, the metabolism slows down & the gut doesn't always flush everything out that shouldn't be there. And that is where some of the excess weight can be shed. If you don't poop out all the excess bodily waste, its going to build up & stay in your body to cause fat buildup or something...?? I don't really know how to describe it.... But I do know that after taking just one of these pills each night before bedtime, NOT two like it says on the bottle, I've been slowly loosing my gut fat because I'm clearly a little lighter in my tummy area. I may even have to see about having the sagging skin from where I used to be pudgy, reduced so I have a better looking waistline. I know that the directions say two pills & again, not everyone is the same to have the exact same reaction. Yet, for me, two pills is too much as I had to sit on the toilet far more than I found to be acceptable or comfortable for that matter as my gut strenuously objected to me taking two pills each night but one seems just fine as the outside of my tummy is a little less pushed out every day. This stuff does work wonders for me but you'll never know until you give it a shot... OR swallow in a pill in this case, LOL! Mind you, this isn't really meant as a weight loss pill. It's more of a gut cleanse supplement but the two are connected to some degree & some of the excess weight that I have, is inside my gut where I really need to clean it out of bodily waste that's been sitting in there for longer than I care to think about.

Ruined my 2 week vacation, caused pain
Shorter version: As I have every 5 years (or so) started a bowel cleanse. This time I tried a new brand called ZuPoo. The reviews were funny and encouraging. I did see a few that warned of constipation. I do not have bowel troubles; I just like how a cleanse makes me feel cleaner and lighter. On the Evening of Friday August 27, 2021, I started my 2-week vacation & my cleanse. I was careful to drink a lot of water (4-6 quarts of water daily), due to those reviews. After no BM for 2 days, I stopped the ZuPoo, on Sunday. I started having some chest pain and began taking MiraLAX. I continued to drink a lot of water. Monday, I got Prilosec and the chest pain went away. The watery poo was able to pass around the rock in my gut, but nothing else could. After ever increasing MiraLAX and water intake, waking up every 2-3 hours each night, I went to Urgent care on Wednesday. They gave me 2 enemas and tried twice to disimpact the rock inside me, that I now named Bertha. Their efforts failed and I was sent home with Fleets enemas and instructions to continue the MiraLAX. The idea was to break Bertha up into smaller pieces. By Saturday (1 week into this nightmare. I was back in Urgent care, they tried more enemas on me, they failed. I was sent home on: 8oz prune juice, 30ml MiraLAX, 30ml MOM, 2 Colace and one mineral oil enema. Needless to say I was now barley able to sleep, and need to drink amazing amounts of fluid, take potassium and magnesium and increase my salt levels to prevent electrolyte issues. This was to try to break up Bertha and prevent a full obstruction. Monday was the day I was supposed to start my camping trip, needless to say that didn’t happen. I tried not taking the laxatives and that was a bad idea. I restarted them on Tuesday. Thursday my mother was super worried and my sister took me to the ER. There I was probed with metal instrument; they did not see or remove Bertha. I was sent home with Magnesium citrate, the medication they use to clean you out before colonoscopy. Interesting this was gentler and more effective than the drug combo I was on. By Saturday, I began to feel much better. Today Sunday, the last day of my 2-week vacation I am feeling almost 100%, I hope this is all over now. I am pissed at ZuPoo.

Everyone's body is different
I feel this product is slightly over priced. I've used "The Cleaner" in the past, which is a cleanse as well, and the serve the same purpose, but with a drastic cost difference. Be that as it may, Zupoo has actually worked for me so far. I am on day 4 and I can actually say my energy has increased and it has definitely suppressed my appetite...(and I don't even know if it is supposed to do that?). Anyway, here is a little breakdown from day one of taking it: Day one: Took zupoo at 11pm. Had first bowel movement @6:30 the next morning. It was not runny either. It was a normal movement. No stomach cramping at all. No energy difference. Had another bowel movement around 10am. Same results as the one @630am. Throughout that day, I drank 64oz of water. Day two: Took zupoo at about 10:30-11:00pm. Had first bowel movement @about the same time as day one...give or take a few minutes. On day two the stool was slightly runny, but still no stomach cramps. I had that second one around 9:00...it hit sooner than day one lol....but this time I thought I had gas....you know how the rest went..Lol... I also drank the same amount of water on day two as day one. I continued to have two more bowel movements later on that day. Throughout day two, had an energy boost. I have a bone spur in my Achilles tendon and I swear I was not feeling it. I even did stairs at work on day two. Day three: Took zupoo at the same time as day two. I had my first bowel movement @9:00am-ish, not quite sure why it was later than day one and two, but whatever. Day three the energy boost was higher than day two. Literally, no fatigue at all. I noticed my appetite decreasing on this day. I stepped on the scale on this day as well. On day one I weighed 331lbs. By day three I was 325lbs. I work in a hospital so I know the scales were calibrated correctly! I also drank less water on this day for some reason, but whatever lol. Now, I am currently on day four as I type this. I took zupoo a little later at bedtime last night because I didn't get home until late, nonetheless, I still had that early morning bowel movement. It was normal consistency, but today I am experiencing slight stomach cramps. They are NOT unbearable just noticeable. The feeling of having a bowel movement has increased tremendously. I've used the bathroom twice already since I've gotten to work. The stool is more runny today, but not diarrhea. I have three more days to take them and I can honestly say that I am liking the results just not the price so much. I hope this helps someone, it's actually not a bad buy at all.

Not working … but hopeful
3 days days taking 2 pills before bed, resorting to 3 pills past two night… no poops. Keeping hope alive… let’s goooooo. Clear out the mucoid plaque… That was yesterday… this morning OMG!!! I was on the throne for a minute. Lost a lot of poo! Three flushes needed. My apologies for yesterday’s review. From 1 star to 5 No photos to share.

Pricey
It's functional, for the most part. Nothing dramatic. Too F-ing expensive.

30 capsules to jar.
Spendy. Too slight of effect for me. My body is lazy and my system needs more push. No gas. No bloating. Not effective enough for me. Suggested use was 4-5 a day.

Cleans you out without putting your life on hold !!
BEFORE WE GET STARTED - I drink a gallon of water a day and work out an hour or more every day - I’ve always had issues going to the bathroom and sometimes get backed up for more than three/four days, at a time. -as soon as I took my last dose, I stopped going. This did not help keep me regular. Day 1: I took my first two capsules last night. Nothing so far, this morning. I do have mild gas pains, and felt like MAYBE I needed to go. We’ll see what happens later, throughout the day. Day 1 morning into afternoon- only went one time- everything was normal. Day 1 Night: went to the bathroom a total of three times but very very small amounts - I had the feeling of being bloated like I needed to go, all day, but no real luck. I did have some gas pain, as well. It was just an uncomfortable feeling all day long. We’ll see how tomorrow goes Day 2: throughout they day, I went 4-5 times. No crazy stomach pains or nauseousness. The time in the bathroom was quick, but when that feeling came that you had to go, man did you have to go. Day 3: went three times, from am- early afternoon. Not a whole lot during “each sitting”. Day 4: went two times Day 5: only one bathroom trip🤔 I was extremely nervous for the first couple days thinking j would have this out of control urge where I wouldn’t be able to do anything, but nothing like that. You’re in and out of the bathroom, but you’re definitely emptying yourself out, over the days. I’m not sure how people are dropping significant weight, unless something picks up.
