Good quality, I’ve used a lot of different balms and this is a very good one, the only thing is it’s oil based and if that’s not what your into you could try something different but it’s a good size, lasts a long time and soothes muscles well.

Not going to lie to you, it smells horrible, but, your body will thank you. The best for muscle pain!

It's icy hot on steriods! You need to have a little sweat going or use after a shower. Just wait about 10-15mins, otherwise you will be on fire. Nothing better for stiff and sore muscles though!
