This really works if you follow the instructions. A nail went into the tire. Once the nail was removed, I stuck this into the hole where the nail was and then push the chemicals into the tire. Once in the tire, I inflated the tire and then immediately drove around for 20 minutes to spread the stuff along the inside of the tire. Once completed, I actually was able to use the tire for over a year before needing replacement even though it recommends replacing the tire soon after use.

First of all, it works. However, it didn’t discharge quickly. It took about 10 minutes to get about 2/3 of the contents out of the can. I used 3 cans on 3 tires, so it wasn’t a problem with the can or tire. I followed the directions. It was a pain in the neck to do. The tires had slow leaks. After using fix-a-flat, I went from adding air every other day to never adding air at all. It was much cheaper than repairing my old tires. Good enough until I get a new car.

I bought the Fix-a-Flat S60430 Aerosol Emergency Flat Tire Repair for my John Deere riding lawn mower. One of the front tires had been punctured by a nail in a thinner section of the tire, and unlike a car tire, I couldn’t repair it with a standard plug due to its smaller size and thinner rubber. Before using this product, I had to refill the tire with air every time before mowing. After applying Fix-a-Flat, that’s no longer necessary—it sealed the leak and has held up well so far. This product saved me the hassle of replacing or removing the tire, and I’d definitely recommend it for similar small tire repairs.

I have a 2024 Model Y Performance and was always a little concerned about it never having a spare tire. As a result, I decided to pick up one of these fix a flats last week to keep in my trunk. I'm glad I did because literally a few days later I go out to my car in the morning and see a huge sheet metal screw sticking out of the tire and the car telling me that it's dangerously low tire pressure. After removing the screw I can see (and hear) that this tire is not going to hold any pressure and will need replacement. I needed my car back in action in a hurry and a tow was going to be crazy expensive and slow to arrive... I didn't know if the fix a flat would be able to work on a puncture of this size but I figured I would give it a shot. After following instructions I slowly drove it around for the 2 miles it said to and looked at the damage....still leaking...so after 15 minutes of coming to terms with my whole day being lost, I checked it again...no leak!...I topped it off with my portable inflator and waiting 10 more minutes....it was holding 38 psi without issue...so I proceeded to drive it to the Tesla service center 10 miles away and got a replacement tire within an hour and was able to go about my day...so this basically saved the day. A+
