Works Perfectly - Couldn’t be happiuer
Amazing product! Works perfectly - super simple to use, great quality. I absolutely hate doing dishes manually and have done so for the last decade or so as I live in NYC and many apartments don’t come with a dishwasher - I would try and keep up but inevitably the dishes would pile up and stay there all week until I had not choice and spent my Saturday or Sunday morning washing them. Now, I clear the sink in less than a minute, don’t have to leave dishes out drying, get a better clean and totally eliminated the annoyance and procrastination associated with washing by hand! Highly recommend! I am one person, single man, and the size of the washer is perfect for me and can fit a lot of dishes/glasses/silverware - couldn’t be a better fit for me in a rental apartment.

A dream for living in an RV or any other small space.
Starting with the cliche line of "I never leave reviews" because it is true. I do however go through them all when I make purchases so hopefully this helps someone else in making their decisions. The bottom line, we love this thing. It's been in our home (at 37ft 5th wheel trailer) for exactly a week and has been run at least once a day, if not more. Our floor plan has the kitchen in the middle of the rig with an L shaped island and overhead cabinets. Counter space is a premium in RVs so dedicating something to take up that much space was a commitment. This unit fits the exact space that we had our dishrack anyway. It's much taller obviously but it was often piled high with dishes anyway. We like to cook at home and go through a lot of dishes which means a lot of time handwashing. Even with its compact size, we have been able to stay ahead of the dishes with so much more ease and efficiency. Normal setting handled all types of dishes, including greasy ones. We do rinse well and are happy overall with the results. We are currently using Better Life Dishwasher Gel. Ours is set up 3 feet from our television and we are able to run it with no problem while watching tv. It is not loud or make any kind of racket. There are also no vibrations when running this machine. If you live in an RV, you know what I am talking about. We did not plumb this directly to the faucet because of the type of faucet we use. The onboard tank works very well and is great for when you are running on limited water. It uses a fraction of what normal handwashing does. If you dry camp, this is a plus! This also lets us maintain the use of the sink so we can continue to do things in the kitchen such as washing the larger items. This machine is one of the best items we have ever bought in our 8 years of living full-time in an RV. Neck and neck with the Instant Pot. Again, if you full time, you know. If anything changes over time and continued use, we will update this review.

Best Portable Washer Purchased To Date! Highly Recommended!
After purchasing a Comfee portable dishwasher back in February and then having it completely malfunction on me June of this year, after a mere few months of use, I was ready for a new machine. Enter the Novete, which is bigger, way more slick, stylish, sleek and chic, and more importantly, leaves my dishes perfect. How I WISH this had been my first purchase so as to not have to deal with the Comfee which is full of problems. This machine on Heavy mode will leave your dishes spotless, and with the auto dry setting, it makes things so much more convenient. On lighter modes like Rapid or Normal, I've also gotten VERY good results. The machine holds a lot more than you think, but unlike a regular conventional washer, you have to play Tetris a bit sometimes in accommodating everything inside the unit, but I promise it'll come out amazing. After using it as my replacement for the Comfee model, I couldn't be happier and I LOVE the auto dry feature and how the unit just does everything right. Also, you DON'T need to hook it up to your faucet. PLEASE avail yourselves of the pitcher and loading water up top and you get the exact same cleaning power minus hooking up issues. VERY pleased thus far! :) Also, I’ve added some photos of my machine during different cycles to show just how much it can hold. Pictures of any portable washer show then as small boxy things barely able to fit anything inside. On one load, I was easily able to fit my Dutch oven, a pasta colander, all the cutlery used, dishes and other utensils used during cooking with room to spare on the left hand side, as you can see. This model really can hold a lot, especially if you get creative and fit things in nooks and crannies and I’ve never had something come out not washed well.

Small but mighty
Countertop portable dishwasher This countertop dishwasher is absolutely amazing. It is just small enough to fit under on my counter under the upper cabinet, but yet lightweight enough that if I need to move it, I can easily do that. I use the express wash and the dishes come clean in 29 minutes. I either fill the water tank with the enclosed pitcher (since it cannot be attached to my kitchen faucet because I do not have a screw on adapter for my faucet) or I just pull out the hose from my faucet and fill it that way. The machine beeps when the water tank is full. I put in several very dirty plates and they came completely clean. It cannot be compared to my full size top-of-the-line dishwasher, but for its size and price it does a wonderful job cleaning my dishes. I use it when I have more dishes than can fit in my installed dishwasher. The light inside makes it easy to see what’s going on inside when the dishes are washing. It also automatically stops to dry them when the wash cycle is finished. That is one feature I wish I could shut off because I air dry all my dishes. The one thing I would definitely change is where the water fill is for the holding tank. It is in the center top of the back of the unit. This means you have to pull it out from under your cabinet every time you want to fill it. It should definitely have been on the front of the machine to make it easy to fill without having to move it ever. Overall, I am very pleased with this tiny countertop dishwasher.

Huge Life Improvement
TL;DR: Overall AMAZING, cleans the impossible, but you can't pack it as full as advertised, and there's considerations you need to take with your detergent. PROS: This thing cleans the impossible. I often bake, and often residue is caked on like cement. That's no problem for this little machine, even on the speed setting. The water gets really nice and hot, and I often don't need to use the dry setting, and just open the door to let the steam out and they air dry very quickly. Though the dry function is nice if I'm out of the house. The unit is not too loud, but I would suggest putting it the pantry or under your sink, or wherever you can close a door. It can become annoying if you use it every day. I personally love the sound of a dishwasher running. On that note, it has a window. A great novelty for me. CONS: The upper cup rack attachment is useless. Not sure what cups they're designed for but nothing will fit up there like in the pictures. And if you do put something up there, the items below will not get cleaned. Thankfully it's only attached by two clips, and comes off easily. You cannot pack as many plates in it as advertised. If you do, they won't get cleaned. I found that using every other space is sufficient. This is not so much a con, as it is the nature of this sort of thing. But if you aren't draining directly into your sink, it's kind of a gross mess to deal with. I have it draining into buckets, and the drain hose quickly becomes very gross and slimy, and the drain bucket needs to be emptied quickly or it begins to smell something awful. I think the easiest way to use this would be to have it hooked up to your water line under the sink, store it there, and then set it atop the sink to drain directly into it whenever in use. It's very particular about the amount of detergent and the kind of detergent you use. I filled the little detergent cup full with liquid detergent, and the whole thing seized up with suds. Tech support was very helpful though, and walked me through how to resolve it. Since then I've switched to dry detergent and haven't had that issue. However, it's very easy to overfill the detergent cup. Never fill it all the way, or you will get a smelly residue. This may be due to the detergent however, not the dishwasher. UPDATE - 6 Months Later: After six months of use it's still working well. The beeper sometimes goes wonky. Not sure why. But it still cleans well and no issues as of yet. The drain pump will make an odd groaning sound now and then, but it's rare, and doesn't seem to be indicative of a malfunction. I've experimented with detergents, and found that the thinnest layer of dry detergent in the cup, just enough to cover the bottom, is more than sufficient to clean dishes. Use any more than that and all my glassware gets an awful (metallic smelling) film on it. I sometimes use liquid detergent, in a similarly conservative amount, and it seems to work well. No noticeable difference in cleanliness. I will experiment with different detergent brands and update later. Overall, a great buy.

Best countertop dishwasher for the value
Great rig! Washes great. Portable. The capacity inside can easily fit a days worth of dishes for one person. Uses only about a gallon of water for a load. Great to have the pitcher option to add water.

I’m beyond disappointed and mad! Total misrepresent!
So I can’t get a dishwasher into my cabinets so I heavily researched , read comments etc and picked this. Was so excited to get it. Just set it up and immediately saw major issues. I set my items up exactly how their picture shows. #1 — They show their larger plates with plenty of room through the window. I measured my plates before I bought this, 10 1/2”, figured no problem, plenty of room. Well they wouldn’t even go in, the rack couldn’t slide back in. Even if I forced them in ( which I didn’t), the plates on the left would have reached so high they would have interfered with the top blade spinning water. #2— I have very normal flat wear, millions of people have similar. . It states the silverwear rack fits 7 forks, 7 knives and 7 spoons. Well, see my pics. Almost all slots are so short that I could fit exactly 4 utensils and no more, even though they state 21! Only 4 slots accommodated my flatware! So what am I supposed to do with a dishwasher that I can get only 4 utensils into? The only way you would possibly fit 21 is if you had that style flatware where the handles are like thin sticks, you know that modern kind. Otherwise, trust me, you’re washing your flatware by hand too. #3 — ok, let’s go to the mug situation. They show 3 normal size looking mugs on the “ rack” and one put on bottom. I have what I consider normal size mugs, look like everybody else’s mugs I know. Not even one could go in well. I finally took the smallest mug I have and kind of forced it in but it came real close to the spinning blades. Even at that size, you’re not getting 3 on that rack, not enough width to the shelf. Maybe expresso cups, that’s it! So what is this dishwasher for, might I ask? You can’t fit the plates up to 12” like they say. Can’t fit very normal mugs . Cant fit tons of flatware patterns ( mines very common). Why bother having this big thing sitting on your counter..what will it be washing and how much am I STILL going to have to wash by hand? So, so ridiculous. Btw, afterwards, I found a reviewer who liked how this brand cleaned, but had the same exact problem, his mugs and flatware didn’t fit. Packaged up, returning. Now my husband has to lug this big heavy thing back to UPS, I’m so, so mad. Please watch my video and see all my pics before you even consider this!

Great Little Dishwasher
For the past two years I've been living in an older place that didn't have a dishwasher. I've finally gotten tired of handwashing the dishes. Saw this and decided to try it. It's great! Does a good job and is very quiet. I use Dawn detergent. Just a little bit works perfectly. I've got it set up as a pour over across from my sink. I put the hose into the sink and run it when needed. After it's drained, I put the end of the hose from the sink into a little water pitcher to catch the remaining water in the line. I've got 10 1/2 inch plates that fit fine inside. Perfect for 1-2 people.
