This is a niche product that I snagged over half off bcuz people dislike blaze orange lol? Ecogear has amazing quality and I figured I could use a waterproof portable speaker. I really like that I can toss my phone inside and sling this over my shoulder in the fall and spring when in the woods. I fall a lot and it rinses off easy. Dont have service anyway so offline playlists can be easily controlled by outer buttons. Ecogear is one of the ONLY companies with >> skip buttons that actually work. Sound is incredible for size. It’s a bit larger than I expected (in a good way). I can fit my old caseless iphone(X) plus batteries when tetris’d in correctly. Can also fit keyfob but its rarely on me when Im using this speaker. Not a lot of breathing room for cased phones but they do fit and you can charge them while inside the case. Battery life is incredible. I used this for a whole season of scouting before charging, like 30hrs?!? Charged quick for 5v1A, port is on the inside and generates almost zero heat which makes charge n play nice option. This speaker works incredible as an off grid movie speaker. Have used it with ipads+iphones while camping and was floored. The case is sturdy and heavy enough to be propped up against a wall to serve as a perfect ‘mount’ without sliding. As always, Ecogear speakers sound clear with bass and treble both present. This never rattled or clipped and gets loud enough to drown out patio chatter while being completely inaudible 50yds away. I surprisingly find myself using this in my bathroom(lol) and as a weekend travel speaker over other options because of its size and storage(great charger holder in travel bag). If you can snag on sale, get one.

I have the original black rugged speaker by this brand and it has always been my go to speaker for everything. I bought this one as a gift for my boyfriend to take to work. He's a Glazier and works on high rise buildings in Seattle, so he has to tie everything off that he uses up there like tools and stuff. This is THEE perfect thing for him. The speaker is super loud and has great, clean sound quality. It connects easily to his phone using Bluetooth. He has the Samsung galaxy S7 and it fits perfectly inside along with his keys, even fits my S10 with room to spare as well. He loves that the speaker has a loop for a carabiner (included) so he can hang it off the swing stage while he is working outside, or tie it off wherever. The large buttons to control the volume and track selection on the front work great, especially when you have to wear bulky work gloves, plus you can answer phone calls and talk through the speaker, which also works well. He's dropped this thing a few times and it still looks brand new, its a nice rugged design, his phone is well protected on the inside where there is a stretchy net and an additional elastic band across the top to hold everything in place. It is also lined inside with a soft fabric so ur stuff doesn't get all scratched up. I was so jealous of me getting this for him for his birthday so I asked him for the blue one for my birthday 🤞 since I feel like i need one now lol. It's just too good. This is litterally the last and only speaker either of us will ever need. I will be using mine for hiking and hanging up in the shower since it's also waterproof! I Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It checked all the boxes of what I was looking for in a job site, shower, and outdoor speaker. Its perfect👌

This little speaker/dry box is amazing. I purchased this to protect my iphone and listen to music while I am kayaking. It has an awesome feature that allows you to answer your phone while it is in the box. This is a great feature since I can be on call while I am on the water. The speaker sounds good for it's size. It also floats. The only complaint I have about it is that only one phone fits in the dry box. I have a work and personal phone and I wish I could put both in there. The seal is watertight, and the buckles are very secure. I would highly recommend this product.

Great unit, nice and loud, protects the phone from water and splash, and even sand on the beach. You could even take it in the pool! Very happy with this purchase. You can control the phone with the buttons on the outside of the device, you can even talk to the device without taking the phone out. Kinda looks like you have an old-fashioned brick phone.

Great speaker, battery lasts pretty long, I don’t give it 5 stars only because when in the water, it’s too small in depth and cause the water to get into the speaker too easily and ruins the quality of the sound until you flip it over and let the water out again. Wish it was a bit bigger for this reason

These things are great! Loud and clear, share music like 100 yards with more than one speaker. Completely water proof, I take it on my paddleboard and kayak. Also use it at work on the construction site. Answers calls easily and clearly.

Product doesn’t work. It won’t charge and it makes weird noises with the power button off. When you turn the power on it turns off.

It might be a little large but it's made to hold your phone and some other small items while you're on the water. I use it for SUP and it worked swimmingly. My phone didn't overheat inside this case nor did it sink. It floats, it's waterproof and it holds my phone and keys to my car. The sound is good for what I need it for. I'm not having a rave on the lake so the sound is good enough for me to enjoy my music while floating in the middle of the lake and still have a conversation. I like that I can control all my music, volume, etc from the large buttons on the outside of the case - I never have to open the case if I don't want to. However, I do have to take the phone out if I want to take pictures but that's a small price to pay for phone safety. All in all it's a great concept and so far I use it a lot for lake days.
