Wonderful clean ingredients. Great taste. Gives a full feeling after consuming and light on your stomach. Doesn’t feel like you have a rock in your belly. Great tasting too! Highly recommend trying.

After my Kind protein bars were not being so kind to my digestive system I did an AI search looking for a protein bar that had at least 12 g of protein, no seed oils, no soy, and no artificial ingredients or fillers. I bought two boxes of three different bars from Amazon to select the best for me. RXBar has 12g of protein, 200 calories, and is very clean, but it sticks to the teeth and melts easily. The chocolate sea salt has a good taste, and I will probably keep some on hand just for a change of pace. I got two sample boxes of Atlas, which has a solid 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar with 210 cal. Flavors are all good, but the bars themselves are greasy, one in particular I ended up eating with a fork. There’s also a few more ingredients than I would prefer. I’ll eat the bars that I have, but I won’t buy them again. My favorite by far is Rise and the honey cinnamon and almond honey are both excellent tasting with a nice chunky consistency that is fairly dry out of the package. I find them very satisfying and durable when carried in a backpack or car. Calories are a little higher, but it comes from a protein source (almonds) and with the lowest sodium (40mg), just 3 or 5 ingredients, and 18g of protein - I have my new go to bar!

It's so hard to find a protein bar/energy bar with minimal ingredients that is both free of artificial sweeteners and tastes good. Usually, I'm lucky to get one of those things in a bar. But these bars actually taste like snickerdoodle! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and I struggle finding protein bars that don't cause me GI upset. These bars have only 5 ingredients all of which are safe and healthy. Rise bars are a winner. They check all my boxes! I'll be ordering more. Lots more :) Pros: Tastes really good! It's soft and chewy, not-break-your-teeth-hard-to-chew like protein bars tend to be Minimal ingredients Whole ingredients No artificial sweeteners No Stevia Protein rich (20grams/bar) Cons: Can't think of any Edit: the bars I've been getting are no longer soft and chewy. They're pretty tough and require lots of chewing. Also they've been covered in oil. I think they do that so the bars don't stick to the wraper but, it's way too much oil! I try and pat them down with a napkin or wrap them in a napkin but the napkin fuses with the bar in places, so then I'm eating almonds, whey, honey, cinnamon, and paper. This wasn't just one box but several. Still, these issues aside, I'm not changing my rating, because the minimal, safe, healthy ingredients win me over. So I'll keep ordering them and I'll probably keep muttering and complaining to myself as I eat them.

Like that the whey is 100% ISO making it easier on those with lactose sensitivity. Grainy texture, but good flavor. Simple nut/cinnamon/honey flavor without excessive sweetness like some bars.

Best healthy protein bars made.

I was a fan of David protein bars till I looked into some of their ingredients. Then I heard about the lawsuit against them for false nutrition claims. Moved over to Rise and won’t look back. All natural ingredients that are easily pronounced and familiar.

I swear I'm not especially picky and I'll admit, I probably experiment and purchase far more "protein" bars than would be considered normal. I'm shocked that these have maintained a 4 star rating. I saw texture referenced a few times and that's putting it mildly. It's like chewing on a ball of wax. It's kinda bizarre that these made it out of testing. I've shared them with everyone I know and it's a consensus, wax, wax, waxy. Flavor is pretty good but nowhere near good enough to compensate for what, if blind folded, would be indistinguishable from good 'ol wax. If you like wax and you like chewing a lot, you've found your bar!

No refined sugars and no seed oils. This is a clean and great tasting protein bar. My absolute favorite brand to buy now.

As an autistic adult who is sometimes food-repulsed this is an excellent way to trick my brain into letting me get some nutrition. I'll be honest - these are WEIRD. They do not seem like food - but if your body is rejecting food, these are an excellent loop hole. For anyone who wants an ambiguous and consistent food substitute these are definitely the way to go!

The best ever. I have bought multiple boxes now and they have been consistently fresh. Great flavour! Easy to eat.

Don't buy these, they taste horrendous. Dry, clumpy and have a weird sour taste.
