Great product. I tend to sleep with my head raised slightly. Regular bed pillows just don’t do the trick when traveling. I took this with me on three cruises now, and it works great. I stand it up against the head board while reading in bed, then lay it down to elevate my head while sleeping. Takes a bit to inflate (by mouth), but once inflated, holds air beautifully. Never had to add air even on a 21 day cruise. The travel bag keeps it nice and safe during transport. Would recommend

I've been triple-whammed with 3 major medical issues that keep me from being able to lie flat. Not only does my upper body need to be elevated when I lie down, I need at least 10-12 inches of elevation. At home I use a 12" foam sleep wedge but it is far too big to travel with. So when I traveled I was requesting extra pillows and trying to sleep on a least 4 pillows to give me the needed elevation. That doesn't work well and is uncomfortable make sleep elusive. I found this product while searching inflatable wedges and decided to give it a try even though I knew it wouldn't be high enough. I ordered one and when it arrived I tried it by putting it on top of a 7" foam wedge. I had read in another customer's review that stated that they didn't inflate the wedge all the way, leaving it a little soft which made it more comfortable. That definitely worked. It was surprisingly comfortable. So I immediately ordered a second one. By inflating one fully and then putting the other which is only 3/4 inflated on top, it works exceptionally well. It is soft and comfortable and provides perfect elevation. I don't use a pillow case on them because the rougher felt keeps you from sliding down. It appears to be easy to clean with a microfiber cloth. The great thing is they are easy to inflate and deflate. When deflated they fold into a small size and fit easily into the provided carry case. They take up very little space in the suitcase and weigh very little. You can put them in your carry-on or checked baggage. They have made my trips much more comfortable and I'm sleeping better when I'm traveling. So far there are no issues with them losing air at night. I am a small person weighing 110 lbs. I don't know how well they would hold up with a heavier person. But for me, they have worked very well. They've helped with breathing as well as controlling coughing and reflux. And they are comfortable! Should I have issues with them as I use them more, I'll come back and edit this review. However, as for now, I highly recommend this product.

Bought for international travel since often only get 1 soft pillow in hotel rooms. This wedge offers support and collapses down to very small size (but did need to buy a separate air pump). Only complaint is that the inlet valve lets too much air escape before can extract the pump and insert the plug, so I end up having to re-inflate a couple of times to get enough air into the pillow (hence the 4-stars). once filled it works like a dream. Very easy to deflate.

This pillow was shipped very fast and came the next day. Unfortunately this product does not work ergonomically for side sleeping! Forget about anyone with other reviews that suggests that it will work. Trying to use this for two nights it positions your neck in a severe bent position for side sleeping! Also noticeably out of the packaging it had a extremely strong smell of out gassing Poly chloride ( plastic fumes) this will only work if you are a back sleeper position. Also being that it's made out of plastic when you lay down with your neck and shoulders on the plastic it does not breathe so you will sweat! No air flow when your skin is contacting plastic! Although my review is negative I do believe it would help a back sleeper that is in need of elevation for acid reflux or hiatal hernia help! Just does not work for a side sleeper. My neck in a bent position the next day was cramping and was painful if you have neck and back shoulder problems! Thankfully I was able to return it through amazon! Nice try yet total failure for side sleepers! Also when pillow is inflated it's very hard! Also dimensions of size is too large and bulky! Do yourself a favor and just double up with some regular pillows! That's what will have to work for me! Good luck and hope this review helps you out.

I’ve had to sleep in a recliner now for several months and didn’t know what to do when I started traveling, and in fact, when we went on a cruise I had no recliner option. For some reason, my sacrum hurts when I lay on a flat surface and this is solved my problem. I bought the “Inflatable Wedge Pillow” by USHMS and the “TOUGH BISON leg elevation pillow,” and together they turned my bed into a recliner. They were perfect, exactly what I needed. I blew these up and put them on the bed and with another pillow under my head, my problem was solved. I was so comfortable! Felt just like laying in the recliner. They are made of a soft light gray material that is like suede, so my legs did not slide off. I had a battery operated air compressor machine that I had purchased for a blowup mattress and it worked perfectly. The one that takes six C batteries so are very portable. No leaks, although this is the first trip Ive used them on so will report back if either springs a leak. They seem very durable. Thanks!

Good while it lasted. It made it through 4 trips, about 30 days of use, before it sprung a leak. It packed up well and inflated easy but For $20, about what I expected. Going to purchase a bit better one next time.

Easy to inflate a d deflate. A must have if you have acid reflux. This actually made my trip more enjoyable. No GERD the entire trip. It may have leaked a little but easy to fix. I am a hot sleeper and was concerned about the reviews that indicated it got hot. I didn't have that issue. I love it!!!

Good value for those who need this type of pillow, but still have to travel. Comfortable, easy to blow up, but a little difficult to deflate, however not a deal breaker.

Not very confortable to use

My wife and I each have one. I use it not only for camping or travel but daily. It’s been across the country twice. No leaks, but packs small and lite. Very glad to have it!

The pillow is a good quality product with a good valve system. Would have given 5 stars but the experience was not like I’ve had with other suppliers with the delivery being late by 1+ weeks & I didn’t receive a tracking notice about the delivery date.

Keeps me propped up in bed,just what I need ❤️❤️❤️❤️
