Is this eventually permanent or do you have to keep buying them?

This is not permanent. They're cosmetic until you can have surgery. You can have corrective surgery done before 11 yrs of age or after 15.. we waited a little too long now we use these for confidence purposes.

Why have prices almost doubled?

One piece can be used for how many days? Its permanent or temporary?

I’ve had them last up to ten days, even though I wear glasses, wear behind the ear earbuds, swim and workout, and wash my hair everyday. These things are amazing!
