Can the massage cushion be used in the car?

No. It only includes an AC power adapter that plugs into an electrical power outlet in your home or office. It CANNOT be used in the car.

How hot does the massage cushion get?

A gentle warming is created by heat lamps located inside of the massage nodes. Safety is our highest priority, so while it may not be as hot as a heating pad, you should feel warmth coming from the massage pad. Allow 5-7 minutes to feel the heat.

Can I use it on the bed or while lying down flat on it?

No. The massage cushion is meant to be used upright on a chair while sitting up and leaning back against it to get the most out of the massager. For safety and life of the product, we advise against using it while its flat.

It's making weird noises (e.g. loud, grinding, etc.). Is it defective?

Please note, there may be some noises coming from the motor while in use. If you feel like the noise is unusual (more than just motor noises) and its affecting the functionality of the massager, we'd be more than happy to assist you.

What's the maximum height and can the remote be replaced?

The massage cushion is designed to effectively massage heights from 5' to 6' 3". The neck massager is adjustable to accommodate different heights. To adjust the neck position, hold down the up or down arrow buttons. No, the remote cannot be replaced.
