I tried the cheap knock-off parts already, which work well if you are scanning traditional type paper. But if you are scanning more challenging material like glossy paper, you need top quality replacement parts. If the wheels start making mistakes (pulling multiple pages, or no pages at all), they need cleaning or replacement.

If your scanner is 5 years old the wheels get hard and fail to grab the pages. This fixes that problem.
