The chai masala is supposed to be spicy (not always on the steep level🎚️) but the chaayos masala is just that and the qualities end on that note!!They have managed to exclude all the supposed flavours out of the masala and IF I TRY TO PUT IT IN SMALL AMOUNTS, IT IS BASICALLY NON-EXISTENT IN IT'S FLAVOUR.I tried the chaayos masala just this time thinking the product'll match the hype of the brand but the carpet doesn't match the drapes (in this case)!To be honest I've always preferred the KEYA Chai Masala & Orika Chai Masala, and after this one depletes, I'm sad to say I'LL SWITCH TO EITHER OF THOSE!!!!!P.S. - sorry don't have any pics of the product packaging..!

Too strong and doesn't have good flavour.

IMO - if this had a little less black pepper, and a little more cardomom ginger and clove it would be nearly perfect.No premade spice mix can come close to freshly ingredients, but this comes very close. And have more of one spice versus another is a personal taste thing. But even so, this is very nice and a 9/10.Chayoos - please reduce the black pepper and more of the others. THis is a great product and the best combination of pre made masal chai I have os far come across, anywhere.Other than expensive fresh tea.And with the right milk and right tea, its worth its weight in gold. I tried with dark chocolate and the combo is terrific. A well made masala chai is one of the pleasures of life, and this isnt perfect because the ingredients are dry packaged and not fresh from the pantry. But hey, credit where its due.Well Done! I ordered a lot more!

Anyone fond of masala chai must sample this product with ideal flavour and taste.

Its just a waste of money , only some dried ginger . Not value for money , u can get better product in 50 rs. MDH, Everest tea masala are much better choice . I decided to throw this in in dustbin after 2 uses and prefer to use fresh ginger in my tea.

Noticable aroma. You can obviously taste different spices. Has some bgger, chewable grains also.

This stuff is great! Make any cup of black tea and drop a teaspoon of this in for an amazing cup of chai tea. Better than any other loose leaf chai and much much better than chai tea bags!

We had this at someone’s place and ordered. But this was inferior quality and didn’t taste good so had to throw it away. The packing was in a cardboard box instead of the round aluminum container when we had it at another person’s home. It appears these came from a different source.

This was a bit spicy for me as if it has a chili added to it. The taste was definitely different the different spices you can definitely taste. Just a bit too spicy for me.

I like to add this to my tea and oatmeal.
