5 Automatic Black Dial Stainless Steel Men's Watch SRPE57K1

I was very surprised by the finish of this watch. The case is very nicely polished, the bracelet links are high quality and the crystal has antireflective treatment. The one poor feature is the clasp, it's cheaply made, stamped, but it functions well, does what it's supposed to do. A small matter considering the rest of the watch. The dial is attractive with large indices and gold color on black background. The chapter ring is on the flange which slopes into the dial. The gold minute markers fade into the black background adding to the elegance of this dial. The day display is bilingual. The movement feels smooth when winding the push/pull crown - it has hacking. For the price point this is an especially nice watch. The overall look is similar to my Tudor Black Bay 41. The SRPE57 is 40mm but wears smaller due to a very comfortable 47mm lug to lug size. I recommend this watch with the caveat that it is a cheap Seiko, you won't want to get it serviced due to cost so if it goes bad, or when it quits, the watch is finished. Meanwhile, enjoy this very nice, pretty good everyday wear watch. I would expect several years of wear from it.

This watch is very elegant and sporty, ideal for everyday wear. It's smaller than expected, but still very nice. it is 40 mm case diameter.

I picked up this SRPE57 for a great price on Black Friday. This Seiko is a perfect blend of diver sport watch and dress watch. Perfect for everyday wear. I love the gilt dial. 40mm case size is perfect for my 7” wrist. The stock bracelet is better than usual Seiko steel bracelets but still not the greatest. Still hollow and kind of noisy but it is functional. Recommend upgrading. The value is in the watch itself. 4R36 movement losing than 5 seconds a day out of the box. Near COSC standards. At $175 I feel like I stole it.

It took me a couple of months of looking around at different watches and narrowing it down to this watch and a bulova. I finally decided on this watch and I'm really glad I did. It is a sleek, classic looking watch. Not flashy but gets attention. In the pictures it looks like there is yellow in it but it's actually goldish color and looks a lot better in real life than in the pictures. I generally like my dials a little bit bigger but this does fit well on my wrist well. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the watch. You're really getting a lot of watch for a fairly low price tag

Dress it up, or dress it down, this watch does it all. Other than scuba, it is too nice (for me) to take it diving, so I haven't tested its 100m WR and I don't like to test my luck with non-screw-down crowns. It is comfortable and at 40mm is at the sweet spot for my 6 1/2 inch wrist. The case is polished, looks amazing, and the gilded markers make it look very professional and smart and the same time. The bracelet is ok, I mean, at this end of the spectrum it is to be expected with hollow end links, but the clasp is the best part of it. I decided to trade it for a rubber waffle strap, to make it more useful for different occasions and more comfortable in all 4 seasons. Seconds marker hits right on the spot. If you are thinking on getting one, don't doubt it, just buy it! Also, it looks like the Tudor BB 41!

Most of my complaints are similar to others. The bracelet is truly underwhelming. It’s not awful, and feels durable enough, but my unit was easy to rattle and regularly squeaking. I was able to get a good comfortable fit, that said, it hurts the value of the timepiece because I recommend swapping it out for another bracelet/strap. The price & specs on paper aren’t on par with what lower cost Chinese brands can offer these days, but what it lacks in on paper flash, it makes up for with in-person elegance, and clear attention to detail. The Seiko 5 line is worthy of the hype and I say this is an underrated colorway. I love this watch. Like my other Seiko automatic (self winding) watches it has a day, date function (I'm horrible at remembering both), an easy to read face with large luminous hands. The band is a heavy duty stainless steel that should last a long time. It has both a clasp and a security bail to hold it closed. The band is large. Ideal for those guys who have trouble finding one large enough. My wrists are over 8 inches and it's loose to the point that I may remove a couple of links.

Nuovo seiko 5 sport preso per tutti i giorni. È perfetto sobrio si adatta a qualunque situazione col quadrante nero opaco. La qualità è quella di seiko 5 ovvero un prodotto di basso prezzo senza grosse pretese ma devo dire che non mi aspettavo un prodotto così ben fatto. Unici due piccoli nei sono il bracciale che cigola un po’ e i soli due punti di micro regolazione dello stesso. Per quanto riguarda la precisione il movimento che monta non è niente di che e in seiko non perdono tempo neanche a regolarlo, non è regolare. Il mio esemplare in media scarta -10 sec/die ma non si può pretendere di meglio in questa fascia di prezzo e mi va più che bene. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo ricomprerei.

Es un excelente reloj automático, la serie 5 es de las mejores para mi gusto. llego en el tiempo estimado, en su estuche completamente bien todo. funciona perfectamente bien ya llevo con el 3 semanas y funciona perfecto no se atrasa ni adelanta. Fue una excelente compra de Buenfin!

Ótimo custo benefício, pra quem quer ter um Seiko automático, ótima organização. Esse modelo vai possibilitar troca de pulseiras de vários modelos.
