I am brand new to baking and had no idea which yeast to buy and settled on this one from Amazon and it does not disappoint. I kept it in the fridge after opening and in the course of two months have made cookies, bread loaves, hamburger buns, twist churro donuts, hotteoks, dumpling skins and more. AMAZING rise every time and beautiful results. Wonderful product!

I found this yeast at a grocery store in London - it worked so well in all my teamster breads that, when I ran out, I went on the hunt to try & find it in the US. Amazon to the rescue! Love the way even the heaviest of breads (like multi-grain) rise with this yeast!

The difference between this yeast and that available in US supermarkets is dramatic!

I have used this yeast in the past and it has never failed me. I would normally give 5 stars, but my 3 star rating is strictly based on the expiration date of the product sent to me. Product was delivered today, halloween 24 and the 125g pack that arrived today has an expiration date of 2/13/25. I do not own a bakery. There is no way I will use all of this within that timeframe.

Price gouging at it's worst. The picture here makes the product appear larger than it is. BEWARE.....do not buy this!! It about a 3"X1" tiny little bag of yeast. This is robbery!!!
