Maple. Pretty good!
They’re pretty good! Nice maple flavor and relatively dense. Could hold you over from breakfast to dinner if you ate these at lunch. I personally pack these for hikes or camping trips and so I can have a little treat and keep my stamina up!

What can I say about these shortbread cookies? Eating them took me right back to commuting into Tokyo every day for work. I would grab them from the vending machine on the platform. I surprised my brother with one on a hike and he immediately said, "Pancakes, maple syrup, flaky... these are amazing!" I only wish they were a tiny bit cheaper. But that's today's economy.

I just finished my last one today
At first, I was like, "What is this thing? I've never seen anything like it." It was just a little block that looks like a cookie. I heard all the geisha girls ate it. I ate one, and instantly my stamina was fully restored. And it was delicious. I wanted more! Calorie Mate is the perfect space age food to balance out all the jungle food you might be eating.

Dry and tasteless
These bars are so dry and tasteless to me. It has the texture of a shortbread cookie but without the sweetness. With 22g of fat and 40g of sugar, I don't know how they are so bland.
