Great toy truck
I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson for Christmas once he opened it he played with it all day. I was a little skeptical about the tow winch because my grandson hooks it onto things that are heavy the truck makes a weird noise, and the winch can't pull the weight but it is still working, He also manually pulls the hook out instead of using the lever and the lever still works. He is very rough with this truck he puts it on the couch and pushes it off and it crashes to the floor, I keep thinking he is going to break it, if it does break, I will purchase another one it's his favorite toy well worth the price.

Poorly designed
The winch is poorly designed. We got this for our son, who loves tow trucks, because of the motorized winch. After one time lowering it, the string came off the spool and got tangled on the motor, rendering it useless. The winch would spin about 1/2 a turn in either direction then just make clicking noises. Also, one of the levers on the back did not work. 10/10 would not recommend, especially after reading this is a common problem.

Get what you pay for!
Christmas morning and 5 minutes into my kid playing with it and the tow cable won’t work anymore. Ok built on the rest.

Great tow truck
My 3 year old son is so obsessed with this tow truck. We love that it’s a nice big size and can actually tow stuff, however the line did come off the track pretty quick - still useable and enjoyed.

Fun police car and tow truck nicely built.
I have the police car and tow truck. Nice big police car its been loved at home and show and tell. Love the rubber wheels. My 3 and 5 year old did break the wench on the tow truck pretty quickly after Christmas. It wasn't the product's fault. I have a 3 and 5 year old. They were impatient with the electric wench, pulling it out instead of using the lever.

Critical defect in wench
My grandson absolutely loves this but the wench only worked about 5 minutes. The cable/thread got slipped under the roller and got stuck. Could not fix it

Bought as a present but it is not working. Chattered kid. Stains on the bottom of the truck, looks like it's been used. Cannot return as it is past the return time frame. Not happy.

Turned up with some cardboard taped over the box and box damaged. Sent as a birthday gift and they opened it before they realised the bucket but was missing. Kind of a vital part for a bin lorry and little boy is absolutely gutted.

Like other reviewers I thought the winch was a dud, but there’s a switch for it in the battery compartment. Works like a charm now
