Pros: - Great mount that holds the monitor very well as i have a 27'' monitor - Looks very pleasing as the holders itself are small from the front view so you can't really see much of it compared to the other mount holders which is very nice considering its a non-VESA mount holder Cons: - Slightly difficult to get spacers lined up for a more pleasing look but nothing really major - Pre-cut pads on the monitor holder so it doesn't damage the top and bottom side of your monitor is slightly thin and slightly smaller compared to the part on the holder (really just nitpicking at this point, again, nothing major, just wanted to point it out but it still does its job really well) - Instructions can be slightly confusing but its not really that hard to figure out even though its my first time assembling this

I have unique curved monitors and these arms really helped my set up so much. I do get a little nervous it’s not super secure holding the monitors but it’s been doing the job and had been working for about 2-3 years now

My first purchase from Dream Fit 2020 could have been a better experience. The shipment came without a hardcopy instruction guide. While customer service (Amazon and seller) were responsive and provided a digital copy, this proved to be more of an inconvenience than I anticipated. The proverb "For Want of a Nail" would turn out to be applicable. However, the adapter appears to be performing to spec, although it took a bit of bending to fit a Dell S2721NX monitor at least on one side. I am grateful there was some text to go with the illustrations countering the prevailing trend to make instructions language-independent, which can go too far sometimes IMHO. They were fairly easy to follow, yet for me ensuring the correct sides of the brackets and similar details did require some scrutiny. The cautions were appreciated. The dual monitor stand was purchased from the same manufacturer, and presented some challenges which I will document elsewhere as it's not pertinent to this review, but suffice it to say had hardcopy documentation been present (which I should not have to print) I would have been spared the "want of a horseshoe nail" that resulted.

If you can't tie your own shoe laces... don't buy this, it will be too complicated for you to put together. Ok jokes aside. If you are reading this, most likely you are like me and read through a ton of comments before deciding to buy this thing. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this because of some of the other reviews. I have three 32 inch Samsung curved monitors (LC32F397FWNXZA). They do not have VESA mounting holes in the back so I had to find an alternative. Even though I had all that apprehension because of the reviews I decided to buy it... I didn't really have many options. The outcome of the install was so hilarious to me I had to come and write a review. There are a few 'issues' listed in other reviews I want to address. 1) The people complaining about the number of pieces this adapter comes in: Yes, this thing comes in several pieces.. about 40 pieces + some foam adhesive strips. YES you need to assemble this thing. NO this isn't 'excessive' or done on purpose to save shipping costs. This mount is meant to fit a pretty big range of monitors both length wise and thickness. If you have a smaller monitor that is pretty thin, you aren't going to use as many pieces. If you have a curved or thick boy, you are probably going to use almost all of the pieces. There are even two sets of (4) screws to use depending on the thickness of your monitor. (I used all the pieces except for the extra set of screws). 2) To the people complaining about how difficult this is to assemble: what????? It takes 5-10 minutes max. If you are having issues assembling this, did you even bother to read the instructions? Even without instructions, this thing is pretty easy to figure out. 3) To the people complaining about how sturdy it is: did you assembly it correctly? Did you tighten the screws sufficiently? This thing is pretty sturdy on my monitor and its a curved monitor.. I didn't tighten it all the way. Because of this I have some minor slippage of the arms when I move it around a lot but its not bad. I would not turn the monitor horizontal, this adapter isn't designed with that in mind. 4) To the people complaining that the tools are garbage: yeah, they are pretty crap BUT you can fully assemble this with the tools provided, its just way easier if you go get a set of real tools. You basically get a child's play wrench in the box. 5) To the people saying the bolts on this adapter do not fit any VESA plates: I'm not sure if the manufacturer changed this, maybe it was a bad batch or if I just got lucky but I had 0 issues using it on this mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MIBN16O/ Don't buy this if: -You have difficulty looking at assembly drawings/reading instructions. -Have trouble with small parts. -Do not want to have to use a wrench/screwdriver. -Have a MONITOR outside of the size range. Yes, some people have had success with ultrawide monitors, it depends on the aspect ratio as to whether or not this will work for you. Do NOT buy this thinking it will mount your tablet or tablet-like screen. This is not meant for super slim portable screens like in that one guy's review. -Have a curved monitor that doesn't really have a 'flat' part on the back. -Have a monitor with a super-thin or nonexistent bezel. The clips are meant to rest against the bezel, if its too thin it's going to interfere with the screen. -You haven't looked at/identified where your monitor's access ports/buttons are. My monitor's ports were in a recessed area in the middle/bottom of the monitor, this fit perfectly between the mount arms. My power button is to the far right side of my monitor. If your monitor's ports are off-center or if you are trying to mount a very small monitor this might cause you issues.

Bought this for a side monitor i got years ago. The monitor isn't VESA so it was nice to find something that would work. I don't know that I'd use it vertically, but horizontally it's perfect.

I originally bought the HUANUO Laptop Mount with Keyboard Tray, Adjustable Monitor Desk Stand with Clamp. I forgot my monitor wasn’t a VESA so I decided to buy this HUANUO mount adapter. Easy to install, it has a lot of pieces but instructions are easy to understand. The whole process took me about 10-15 minutes. Then when it was time to put it on the monitor plate, the screws didn’t fit since they were a bit thicker than the holes on the plate. You would think since it was the same brand it would fit but it wasn’t the case here. Now I have to buy a different monitor stand.

NOT for ANY type of tablet or portable size screen! This is absolutely NOT an appropriate adapter for holding thin portable monitors or tablets. I have it set as small as it could go and had to get REALLY CREATIVE to find a way to get it to hold my portable second screen. And that was AFTER having to use PLIERS to help even get the parts (which were not machined to the correct size/distance) TO EVEN GO ON the mount, which scratched it up badly, but wouldn’t go together any other way. FOUR separate people all tried and said the same thing. The screws that were set into the part are at LEAST a mm off where they needed to be to fit together, but I was so frustrated because I needed my office up and functioning ASAP for the new job I got, that I just found a way to make it work until I can find/afford a better adapter. It is the eye-sore of my office. I’d give it a 0 out of 5 if I could.

Works perfect for my three monitor setup. Highly adjustable, it to easliy holds my HP 32 inch monitor perfectly and looks good while doing it. Made from steel with solid hardware. Easynto setup, from opening my box to having it on my monitor itnonly took me about 10 minutes. Good value if you need to setup multiple monitors.

It’s a good VESA adaptor for monitors that don’t have the VESA mount by default. The spacers they use between the mount and the clip is a little odd but works in filling the space between back bracket and the hook that goes around the monitor. Overall, it is very sturdy and functional. One thing to note is that the hook that goes around the monitor to hold the monitor will overlap the front of you monitor by about 2-3 mm… if your monitor is bezel-less or has SUPER thin bezel, it might cover a few pixel (picture attached). But otherwise, for most monitors, this should be functional without a hickup.

Obviously, this is a budget item. And for the price you pay, this works perfectly. Assembly is hassle free and the instruction booklets are very clear. Used this kit on three monitors, ranging from 24 inches to 27. Worked perfectly on all of them. They are very easy to assemble and come with instructions with illustrations, like Ikea furniture. They are metal and sturdy and they're fantastic.
