I have never used cast iron pan before and was a bit skeptical. However, this product changed my perspective. I have been using this pan for almost 2 years and got no complains. I use less than a quarter tea spoon of cooking oil for each paniyaram and never had issue of sticking. Works same a non stick pan.

It is Good quality product.. metal is ok. However, during first usage, appe was stick in surface. In addition, some safety features required to handle it.. There should be a thermostatic handle or wooden handle provided to handle it if hot.

I bought this to replace non-stick one. Before using, it needed a good wash and seasoning. I cook in it using same amount of oil that I used for non-stick. It does take longer time to cook though since it’s quite thicker than non-sticks. However, I don’t have to worry about scratching the utensils like with non-stick.

Ye bahut he heavy material ka h.. jalega nhi kuch bhi banaoge to.. go for it esay to use and rough nhi h thik h..

This is the first time I tried cast iron paniyaram pan after listening bad affects of non stick… If you are used to non stick pans cast iron initially won’t be that easy.. as I believe non stick is for lazy people who can’t put much effort to health .. However after rinsing my pan thrice with hot water and scrubbing with salt and brush it was good to go.. oiling is needed before and after cooking.. Once it was heated trust me paniyaram were so easy to cook.. they did not stick .. I had best pannniyaram ever
