Update: Problem has been rectified! Seller reached out, acknowledged the problem and offered a replacement plus a refund. I received the replacement package plus an extra goodie, which I really appreciated. The size that was sent to me along with the smell and slow burn is definitely what I’m accustomed to. Thank you for fixing this, and for the incense, which smells just as lovely. Will continue to buy from this company. The pictures below are from both the last batch and the most recent one I received. You can definitely see the difference. Thank you again for fixing this problem. Initial complaint: They burn out too quickly. Already down to half a stick whereas before, it would take days before I reached that level. The smell is also not the same. Did I get a bad batch? I regularly buy from this brand because their sticks are nice and chunky. However, the sticks I got are thin compared to the ones I bought last month. I took a side by side picture of last month’s batch to the left and this month’s batch to the right. In comparison, the ones I just bought are much thinner than the previous ones. If they’re just as thin next month, I will have to find a different supplier.

They burn really easy but you need a good flame.

These are wonderful. They will last you a lifetime time. One 10 second burn blowout out and your house smells for the day. One stick will last a month! Buy them

Much smaller than all the other sticks I have bought. Has a burning camp fire charred smell when lit, I barely can smell the palo santo. I would love to be able to return these but the item is not available for return. No wonder they were on sale. Save your money and buy some better quality ones. You will be dissapointed with these. UPDATED: updated to 4 stars after contacting customer service and was sent a replacement item. thank you!

When you receive them and smell the packaging, you'll feel like it may work out. Upon closer inspection, these are so damn small!! They feel more like plastic. They don't burn well! Someone suggested coal under. While that did kind of work, it loses the palo santo scent. Which, these stick only had once lit! It actually smelled like ass after it died down. My husband and I couldn't figure out where that nasty smell was. We checked the dogs. We check under our shoes. Ourselves! Lol. It actually smelled like mud butt. Not until the ADT ppl came to our house & I was trying to cleanse the house when they left, did we finally figure it out. I immediately threw all the sticks away. I wish I could have returned it, but I threw away the wrapping of the box. What a waste of money! I usually purpose local from a shop, but was too lazy & thought I was going to save money. Look at me wasting instead. Stay away!

Für esoterische Rituale optimal. Der Duft entfaltet sich im Raum wie in sinnlicher Seance. Ich empfehle, kleinere Stücke zu verbrennen, sonst verteilen sich zu viele Ruß Flusen. Ein Keramik Behälter gut geeignet. In der Nähe eines geöffneten Fensters verwenden.
