Q: Where are the knifes manufactured?

Blade is from Germany. Knife is manufactured in USA. Great little knives. I’ve been buying them for years. As with everything else, the price has jumped.

Q: what is the difference between Alfi and Fixwell knife?

Having had both, and having worked for Subway franchisees who also used both, I prefer the alfi over fixwell. I like the quality equally, but the Alfi seems a bit longer and the handles are much more comfortable and less slippery when wet, which is much of the time when I use them. Either one will still outdo a lot of more expensive knives. If I HAD to buy fixwell to save money, I would settle for them.

Great quality

I bought these 3 times and gave the others to my family. They are super sharp which is great when serving meat dishes. The quality was superb and loved that it's made in the USA. It's very difficult to find utensils made in the America so this was a gem to find. Highly recommend.

They are very good knives but the company kept sending the wrong color. I never received the correct color so to end all of the returns I just kept them.
