Excellent satellite for French TV
We had an old satellite receiver which needed to be changed and we decided to go for this one and it was a good idea: it was sent quickly (we received it a bit later than expected because of Royal Mail strikes) and was well-wrapped and protected. The installation was easy to do (all in French, but it was fine) and it is working very well. THANK YOU

So far, so good!!
After a long search we finally found this Astra 1 receiver which we bought from Transplant Satellite at Toulouse, France. It arrived early and in good condition. The installation took approximately half an hour and is relatively straightforward. (Don't forget to create your own pin number) It gives all the French channels. The quality of the picture is excellent.We were surprised by a call from Transplanet Satellite explaining they were sending a different and much better model than we originally ordered. Luckily my husband speaks very good french. Lol! Tout va bien at the moment. Felicitations Transplanet Satellite!

Stopped working after 17months, very disappointed
it stopped working after 17 months, it's disappointing though the CS replied to all my emails, it never worked again
