Estaba buscando un wok de éste tamaño y es perfecto para mi familia; pero la superficie del wok está rugosa; por eso no le doy las cinco estrellas, calienta bien, el tamaño para mi familia de tres es perfecto, las verduras cundo se fríen quedan de su color, pero más intenso. Tengo el Wok de Victoria y la calidad es suprema, ojalá tuviera éste tamaño. Actualizo mi opinión: El tamaño es perfecto, hago los huevos estrellados en él y quedan perfectos, preparo en él todo lo que es frito y queda muy bien y con un sabor excelente, (las pechugas empanizadas, las milanezas, etc) Todo queda perfecto.

Sturdy and non sticky
Been using for 2.5 years and still very good and sturdy. Ensure you wash it while its hot after cooking then dry it in the stove and spray some oil.. nothing will stick at the bottom
