Works fine, but you have options.
As a telecom/VoIP company that carries Famvil, I can tell you that just about any wifi dongle will work, but only if it has the following chip: RL8811AU or RL8812AU Those are per Famvil recommendations. We went through the issue of not having enough WS20s in stock (our distributor/s was out) so we resorted to Amazon and found a couple in the $5-$9 range that worked following their guideline.

100% Compatible
This definitely does work with every Fanvil phone I've tried it on and MOST USB adapters do not work. Out of my 20 random adapters only 1 actually worked but it is 1/2 the price. https://amzn.to/3MvtsKa

Works great, and is the only one I know of that works with their wifi-capable phones.
Ignore the other statement than "any AC600" wifi adapter will work.

Nothing Special about this adapter
There is nothing special about this adapter except the seller says it is Fanvil brand. This adapter is a generic 11AC / AC600 nano usb dongle. Any nano AC600 adapter at Amazon will work. Most are half the price of this one.

Cuts in and out and horrible pings
It's useless. I get random disconnects and high ping spikes and it's the only device in the office that does this. Pinging 192.168.1.151 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 192.168.1.151: bytes=32 time=394ms TTL=64 Reply from 192.168.1.151: bytes=32 time=18ms TTL=64 Reply from 192.168.1.151: bytes=32 time=498ms TTL=64 Reply from 192.168.1.151: bytes=32 time=15ms TTL=64
