We got this from Amazon for a song during the Chistmas season on one of their big sale days. It was worth two times what we paid for it!! It has been a huge hit with both our children - a boy, aged 18 months (for whom it was bought) and a girl, nearly 3 years old. The triangle is hands-down the favorite instrument. We have had multiple "concerts" since then (of course, the grandparents think that's adorable). To those who are offended by noisy toys - don't buy this set. They are instruments intended for toddlers and preschoolers. Of COURSE they are going to be noisy. Cymbals, tambourine, triangle, maracas, clacker - YES, it's makes for a lot of noise. But that's the whole point!! Also, for those demanding high-quality instruments that produce concert hall sound, don't buy this set. Again, I reiterate that this set is intended for the very young and musically interested. It is great fun. And it is perfect as a starter set. I see my children using it for some time. We have a plastic set of similar instruments from last Christmas that will now be retired as this has taken its place. My only gripe is that the string for the triangle slips off very easily and can be lost. That, of course, adversely affects how the instrument can be played as well as its sound. But otherwise, A+ in our household on all levels.

My son loves all things percussion. Most of these toys have held up since his birthday. The only toy that did not make it, which was his favorite, were rhe wooden maracas. He cracked it open after the first use from hitting it on the floor. I’d think they should be a little more durable than that.

Es ideal para los niños, lis materiales son buenos y suenan bastante bien para ser de juguete. Los uso con mi hija de año y medio pero bajo supervision, se los saco en momentos concretos y tocamos las dos los instrumentos luego los guardo porque es muy pequeña todavía, pero le encantan las maracas. Conociendi el producto creo que para bebés de esta edad es mejor unas maracas de plástico, mas ligeras y que no se descarcarillen cuando las tiran sl suelo o se les caen. Los platillos muy bien, los toca ella solita y la pandereta también.

Lo pedí para regalo de una niña de 2 años. Le encantó. Todo en madera incluida su cajita para guardarlos. Resistentes y muy bonitos. Ideal para iniciar a los pequeños en estimulacion musical.

Unser Sohn wird es zu Weihnachten bekommen und ich habe es vorab ausgepackt um mir die Artikel anzusehen. Einige Holzelemente haben etwas abgeplatzte Farbe, was aber nicht weiter auffällt. Sonst sind die Teile wirklich gut verarbeitet und ich finde jedes einzelne hat einen guten Klang. Das die Rasseln zu leise sind kann ich nicht bestätigen und auch die Triangel macht einen angenehmen Klang (soweit ich das als Laie beurteilen kann) Ich würde das Set so wieder kaufen und auch weiter empfehlen. reasonably priced for a variety of items however all the metal parts have sharp edges. would recommend adult supervision everytime your child plays with it. Average quality for the price.
