I've been really impressed with this product. It works great and provides strong, effective relief without being overly loud, which is a big plus compared to other massage guns I've tried. It's also very convenient that it charges quickly, so it's always to use. This product is used to help control restless legs, and we couldn't be happier with it. I've had this product for around 18 months when it just stopped charging and wouldn't turn on. I reached out to the seller and received a very quick response. They requested a bit more information and then replaced the product, new unit, case and attachments. I had a replacement product in less than a week. I would highly recommend this product and company!

I purchased the Bob and Brad C2 Plus back in November 2024, and it quickly became my go-to for muscle recovery and pain relief. The heat attachment is a game-changer, and the percussion is powerful enough to really get into deep tissue. After over a year of heavy use, the unit stopped working in early 2026. I reached out to the company, and I couldn't be more impressed with their response. They honored the warranty immediately and made the entire process incredibly easy. They sent out a brand-new replacement right away! It is rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. The gun itself is amazing—quiet, portable, and effective—but the peace of mind knowing they take care of their customers is why I’ll continue to recommend Bob and Brad. Highly recommended!

Great massage gun. Effectively gets the knots. The company sent a new replacement product after the first one had a noise issue after about 6 months. The massage gun was still usable, but made a loud rattling sound. The new one works fine so far! Glad the company stands by their product and can be reached for any issues. Update on 4/19/2026: The old massage gun completely fell apart today, so the loudness of the rattling did indicate a structural issue. Luckily, the new replacement massage gun works well.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Do not waste your money on any of the bigger name brand massage guns. This thing absolutely justifies its <$100 price tag. The heat and cold attachment is an absolute dream, the massager itself has great power and is very ergonomic. All round 10/10 could not recommend this one enough especially at half the price of a hyperice or therabody. Also just want to note the build quality on this was super impressive, you can tell they didn’t cheap out on the actual hardware, feels very high end and durable.

I decide to buy the Bob and Brad massage gun after reading and watching many massage gun reviews to find one that fit my budget and would also be of good quality and suit my needs. I wanted a massage gun under $150, not overly bulky or heavy, and could provide enough power to be effective. Now that I have the massage gun in hand and have been using it once a day for 3 days, I can say that I'm pretty thrilled to have it. It provides more than enough power for my needs, is not bulky like a full size gun, but also not too small like the ultra compact ones you see. I believe there are a very small number of massage guns available of this quality for $80-$100. That's the other thing I'm extremely pleased with. I was willing to spend up to $150 but was really much more comfortable at $100. Paying only $80 was a total bonus! My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the battery life and decibel level was not what I expected based on the reviews I watched. Both of course are subjective. It's a tad louder than expected but by no means considered loud in my opinion. The battery does not last as long as I expected but understand that this is highly dependent on how much you are using it. So far I've been using it once a day for 3 days on several parts of my body and the battery is down to 25%. That means I'll have to charge it every 4 days. I suppose that's not bad for how much I'm using it right now but like I said, I was expecting a bit more strictly based on the reviews I read and watched. In short, if you are on the fence with this massage gun, don't be. Just buy it and be happy. UPDATE: After having this massage gun for 4 months, I'd decrease my rating and no longer recommend it. It continues to work well but has become more noisy. The entire plastic frame rattles now when I apply pressure. It seems like the 2 sections of the gun that are probably screwed together have come loose. The grip on the gun has also become loose and moves. I imagine this will just get worse with time. When it comes time to replace this massage gun, I will be looking at other brands. I actually just bought a massage gun for a family member for Christmas and choose another brand due to my extended experience with Bob and Brad.

The massage gun is excellent! Super well built, clear manual, and helped me and my wife a lot to relieve muscle related pain. After a few months of usage, it stopped charging. I live in Brazil, and since my daughter would travel to the US I thought about sending Bob and Bread an e-mail detailing my case, even though it was out of warranty. They promptly replied to me, asked a few questions to confirm the issue, and offered to send me a replacement unit for free. Besides this, to demonstrate their concerns with product quality, they offer me extended warranty due to the unexpected issue I had in about 1 year of light use of the massage gun. A true demonstration of customer obsession! I really recommend both the product and their post-sales assistance!

A great massage gun. It turned out to be the best tool out of all I tried! It has great functionality, and super convenient case for storage. Multiple attachments help to work on different zones. You can def tell that people were working on its design and technology, the vibration is smooth but intense, which helps steadily work on painful zones for good relaxation! AND ALSO guys have incredible customer support team. Something happened with charging of my gun, I thought I was way beyond warranty period, but guys responded fast, and assured that my gun can be replaced under their extended warranty coverage for free!! Overall, awesome brand that truly cares about its customers

I only gave the C2 Massage Gun 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 10 stars. Yep, it’s that good. I bought a MUCH more expensive massage gun and while it worked well, their product lasted just over a year. I then started to look for a better product with a better warranty. I did plenty of research and found The Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun and ordered it. One of the best decisions because this thing is fantastic. Much more powerful than the $300 massage gun that broke after a year. Fast forward 5 months and I had a problem getting the C2 to actually power on so I emailed customer service with the issue and in about couple of days and doing what they asked, the problem was resolved. THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW C2!!! Two things here, 1. The new C2 is working flawlessly and 2. The customer service team was absolutely amazing and very, very attentive to my issue. Mind you the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun was less than 3 times less expensive that the one that broke after a year. AND the C2 is used just as much or more than the more expensive one. This C2 Massage Gun is the perfect massage gun for everyday aches and pains and has done wonders for the pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. I want to add that I did purchase the extremely affordable extended warranty and even after Bob & Brad replaced the the product the customer service team added the 5 months of warranty on to the new product!! You won’t find a better massage gun for your needs, a better warranty or a better customer service team! Thank you Bob & Brad for your amazing product and the amazing customer service team.

Great massage gun. Packaged really well and good instructions. Works well, lots of extra bits. Be aware it's very powerful, even setting 1 is hard
