I was impressed by the quality build and the overall appearance and because they said they were waterproof I decided to put them to the test. I submerged them in water for over 5 minutes while they blinked and they're still working as intended. They were super easy to install because I just hooked it up exactly as my previous lights and because they built in a slot for the cables I didn't pinch the cables. I do wished they had included a stencil to help make drilling the holes easier but that's just being picky. Lastly, the lights are as bright as my OEM taillights even in direct sunlight at about 3pm.

Easy to install and perform better than Home Depot so-called submersible trailer tail lights that failed after the first launch. These have held up for nearly a year so far launching repeatedly in salt water.

Replaced the original trailer lights with these and they work great, nice and bright but not blinding. Direct replacement, wire colors match the original. I used heat sealing butt splices for a waterproof connection that won't corrode. I'm NOT using these on a boat trailer so I don't know how they work after being submerged. I haven't used them long but so far they are working good and I'm happy with the purchase. I've used other Nilight brand LED lights and never had a failure, that's the main reason I purchased these.

Fasteners are metric instead of SAE. Wire clip on ground is too small to fit on stud on the light housing. It also gives you 6 other wire end clips that are tiny and useless to use. I have purchased a variety of nilite light offerings and never had any issue. Hopefully this will be as durable as those

Another great product from Nilight! I bought my first product (cube lights) for the price but I return because of the quality! These lights are just what I needed to replace my old cracked, faded, and broken trailer lights. These are 3 to 4 times brighter than my old lights! I like the wire channels and the pad to buffer some of the vibration and metal contact for mounting. Just got them so not sure how they will hold up as far as longevity but I have been impressed with my other Nilight products so I have no reason to think these lights will be any different. Will update my review if I am wrong...
