Does the job. Significant improvement in mood over time, almost certainly helps in better sleep. Way better than citrate and i’ve had no gut issues with this form (Bisglycinate)

Finally found a Magnesium that isn't full of fillers!
I have previously experimented with numerous magnesium supplements, many of which proved to be rather underwhelming. My observation has been that a significant number of brands tend to incorporate buffered, low-cost ingredients or dilute their formulations to artificially inflate their total intake figures. My search encompassed approximately 20 different brands, and I even utilized artificial intelligence to meticulously analyze their labels, seeking to ascertain their true contents. Good product , it does help sleep and my muscles recover quicker , only downside is you need to drink 1-2 glasses of water to swallow because it might stuck in oesophagus
