No, the skates are side by side in the bag. It a really good bag also.

Yes, but it was difficult trying to fit size 13 skates in it.

Will this fit size 10 men’s quad skates?

No! I have size womens 10 and they barely fit in this bag.

Will this fit the Mach size 10 men's speed skates?

It should is the wheels are not huge in width. It looks small but once unfolded I was able to put my old school full boot skates in it with room for tools and extra stoppers.
