I mainly ordered this for shoe fix, though all the products in this combo pack are must to have in home for day to day requirements. I glued my shoe sole with shoe fix and waited for night to dry up, after that my shoe sole is prefect. You need to put some weight to get it stick properly in its position because the glue does not stick instantaneous like fevikwik. After few hours it gets stuck very well

Meets regular household needs
A necessary combination of adhesive needed in daily life in every household,however if not used all will go waste. This is not something you use daily bt only for repair works.

Good shoefix, wrong instructions
The instruction on the shoefix asks to wait for 2-5 mins after application on both the surfaces before pressing them together. In reality, even a 2 min wait and that too in a rainy weather causes the sealant to dry out too quickly, leaving it ineffective. For better results, apply and press the surfaces together immediately, maintaining pressure for approx 30 seconds or more as needed for them to stick together. Then remove the pressure and leave it overnight to cure fully and gain strength.
