Great Bible
I love this Bible so much. I’m reading the New Testament first, and it’s really explaining everything so well. I think the color is really feminine, but that’s just my opinion. I’ve given it out to friends, and they enjoy it as well. We’re in our 20’s and 30’s, so there’s no excuse for young people not to have this Bible. The extra articles are very informative and thought provoking. I have trouble with the charts and graphs because I’m mentally disabled, but the maps and pictures are really cool. I highly recommend this Bible.

Loads of maps, charts, and historical background
This is a beautiful Bible and it has a lot of maps and pictures, history and explanation. I was looking for one that also had tabs. I ordered several, and realized the version of this bible I ordered didn't have tabs. The book is a little thick/ heavy for me to take to church, but it is a fabulous tool for studying amd understanding the word at home. Thus, why it is called a "study bible," I guess. I was going to return this one; however, my husband loved it. He said it help him visualize and understand a lot of things that words alone cannot. We decided to keep is, so he can use it during his men's bible studies.

Couldn’t recommend it any stronger
This study Bible truly makes being a Christian so much easier than it would have been without the useful study tools. The notes should never be considered scripture, but they help to add a lot of context and can aid in explaining some of the harder topics on the Bible. What I found to be the best part of this Bible is the cross references that help to draw a much more unifying picture of all the scriptures, along with the well written and thought provoking articles. If there is any part of your heart calling you to this book I strongly urge you to buy it, read it, and walk free thanks to the grace of God explained in it. It makes a great gift, I’ve already bought 3, the only thing I would say is it’s a good idea to buy some Bible tabs to seperate the books, making it easier to flip back and forth, makes a big difference when going from book to book.
