Does this work well for fallen pages of books？

It worked great on the spine of the book where the pages had pulled away from it. It seems to be solid & sturdy. I was well pleased.

Is this a good glue for adhering cardboard to cardboard?

I don't think it's as effective as regular paper glue . But it I'd glue nonetheless

Should there be a cap for the bottle? My 8 oz bottle arrived with out any sort of cap to protect the opening of the nozzle.

The bottle i purchased from PH Neutral PVA came with a small white cap to cover the nozzle. It should be protected from drying out. Perhaps put plastic over the nozzle and secure with rubber band.

I presume since it is not for internal consumption, the label on the bottle does not provide the ingredients.
