Great Quality Extractor Fan – Quiet and Efficient
I installed the Xpelair C4HTSR 4-inch extractor fan in my bathroom, and it has been working perfectly. It’s quiet, even when running on the higher setting, and does a great job of clearing steam and moisture quickly. The humidity sensor is a great feature, as it automatically turns on when needed, which is really convenient. Installation was straightforward, and the adjustable timer makes it easy to customize how long it runs after the room is used. It also looks sleek and modern, blending in well with the bathroom decor. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient fan that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Highly recommended!

Superb fan, I have two already and work really well in both the bathroom and kitchen. On this occasion the fan that was delivered was the wrong one, it had no humidistat so I had to return it.

Works for a very limited time then noisy.
Worked for a year but now incredibly noisy to the point that we have to switch it off. It’s a mechanical issue.

Not Quiet!!!
Definitely not silent or quiet. The humidity detector worked initially and then kept staying on for hours. One night it turned off and we all cheered only for it to come back on 10 minutes later for the rest of the night!!!

Quiet compared to competition, and humidistat is perfect
This replaced a cheaper 100mm fan which ran off an isolator switch. This new fan is running off of the same switch permanently on, with the fan powering on when the room has high humidity - perfect for our use case where we want it to be able to handle for humidity without our intervention. Has two semicircle flaps to prevent backdraught which work reasonably well, a fixing-less clamp arrangement on each side, and two fascias. Not the easiest mechanism to remove the casing to get to the controls - these could be placed somewhere accessible - but otherwise a good investment so far.

very good, very low noise. to the extent sometimes doesn't feel is on if there's no perfect silence. great product. takes off the steam away from the shower (I have it just close to it) surely recommended

Looks nice
Appearance is of top notch and brighten up the bathroom. My only downside is I could not get the timer to work, it stayed on always so I had to return eventually, otherwise very powerful pull and looks extravagant
