XPIRIT scooter
It’s very good scooter for it’s price. Very well made engine 350W could be stronger but that means scooter is more expensiveOne of best in class.10” honeycomb wheels (means no flat tires) are much more safe to ride than any 8” or 8 1/2”Maximum speed 15 mph or 25 km/h and it’s fast enoughMost people got issue with brakesIt’s 2 brakes under one handleYou need to adjust itAfter adjustment is done just wear a helmet and go. With 8” wheel scooter it will be very difficult to ride grave road XPIRIT got no problemsBattery range like with every electric scooters: faster you go shorter range you got it doesn’t matter brand or typeI would recommend this scooter to everyone Is better and more safe than any 8” wheel

Scooter died, wouldn't turn back on
I was excited to finally be able to commute to/from work without the need of a car, for a 7 mile total ride. The scooter was heavy, but durable. Suspension was, well, I couldn't really say, considering I had some rough terrain or bumps at times. I did have to return the product. On the way home, on the second primary use, it died towards the end, and at the most dangerous point too, in the middle of crossing traffic (one side to the other, no crosswalk), and became difficult to push too. I was able to turn it back on, but only for a couple minutes, then it died again. After charging it, it still did not turn on. It was officially dead and defective, to which I wasn't going to even seek support or replacement, but to entirely return it, refund, and look elsewhere. I was highly disappointed.

THE BEST ELECTRIC SCOOTER EVER SOLD! They are do good, I have all 3 models.
These scoots are so awesome I have all 3 models.. The 10 inch premium version if the big daddy if them all. With honeycomb SOLID rubber tires, never gave to worry bout flat tires. Superfast, 3 speed. I trust XPRIT so much, I got one for my son. and the price, you cannot beat. Why spend $800 to $1500 when you can get the XPRIT for $400 or less.

Study built - post sales support lacking
The scooter is definitely well built, no plastic parts, all steel or aluminum. The Xpiti pre-sale support was good (answered all of my questions, etc). Post-sale I noticed the front headlight doesn't turn on (never had)? Still waiting for that reply?? Don't count on going 20 miles on a charge. I find my battery close to gone after far shorter distances. Overall it is a good buy, just wish their customer support was better after you purchase, as it was before :(

TERRIBLE DANGEROUS BREAKS and wheel clicking after 4 rides
UPDATE ON REPLACEMENT:Replacement is as bad as the first one this thing is going to kill somebody! They should really fix this issue because someone is going to sue them at some point! Returning it! Done with this thing!ORIGINAL REVIEW:E lectric breaks are terrible. Scooter overall is fine, but electric break will kill you! They dont stop gradually, but suddenly and with full stop power. You will fly over that thing and break your neck or get into the accident!! Its terrible! What extra safety makes it even more dangerous! I am literally afraid to touch the breaks! I have ordered replacement also because the wheel was clicking after only 4 rides! So I will update on the breaks and wheels and just the whole thing when I get replacement. Fingers cross 🤞 it will be better...seriously breaks are terrible I am most importantly praying for that to be different.

Decent Scooter with a few major compromises.
I've been thinking about how I'd write this review for weeks. I wanted to put a decent amount of milage on it first so here it is. First off it's worth noting that I'm a 185lb person using this in Philadelphia (mostly flat city). The Good:Decent Speed maxes out at 25kmph according to the display.Milage: Gets about 20-22 km on a full charge.Folds up: easy to collapse and travel with.Charger: Small easy to take with you (make sure to see the bad for this though too)Acceleration: Not bad without a push but a little push to start off makes a ton of difference.10" honeycomb tires are amazing and provide a stable comfortable ride. The Bad:The brake is 100% electronic. It's also all or nothing which makes it very difficult to gradually slow down. I'm surprised I have flipped over on it yet. A manual disk brake would've been far better. The display: It says you can change it from kilometers to miles. You cannot. Even though the manual says you can customer services says "The manual is wrong and needs to be updated." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Charge speed: This is one of the worst parts about it. It takes about 4-6 hours to charge from 1 of 4 bars to a full 4 bars.Battery meter: The battery meter is all over the place. I've had it go from 2 of 4 bars remaining back up to 4 bars without charging it... makes it difficult to understand how far it can go really. So if you're looking for a scooter that's basic, has no smart phone app/integration, can only display Km and not miles. This is a really solid offering given it's specs compared to competitors. Super fun to ride but man if it would only charge faster it would easily be 4 maybe even 5 stars.

Missing parts
Charging up now. Package arrived opened and missing the screws that are needed to safely secure handlebars. (Simple trip to the hardware store to purchase correct screws), but only half of the charging cord was present, had to scrounge up the other half from an old laptop. Will update review once Charging is complete and maiden voyage takes place. Update 09/17/2020 the adhesive that attaches the rubber pad to the base of the unit is ciming loose, the areas that are coming loose are on the sides of the back tire. Probably will have to once again head to the lowes and buy some quality industrial adhesive that will not peel. Power on unit does not last as long with full charge as it did a month ago.
