Excellent product - new dental work prevents me using the Align Gummies which also work fantastic too) These capsules are just as good. I feel these probiotics keep me regular and not bloated. I love that they are a very small capsule! I have tried their gummy’s but like these much better! I also like to have the option of a subscription.

This is a great product. However, you have to take them on an empty stomach so it does absorb well.

It certainly seems to have helped with both of my symptoms, and I notice a difference when I forget to take it. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it for the digestive comfort. Would recommend!

This is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review. I’m smack in the middle of perimenopause and no symptom has been worse than gastrointestinal issues. BM have changed, I have been very bloated when I’ve always had a pretty flat stomach and I’ve been so gassy that it’s been a pretty embarrassing issue. I’ve tried drinking teas, increased my exercise, drank more water, avoided dairy and nothing helped. I came across this product and read the reviews and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I felt the difference by the second day taking it and now a week in and my stomach is flat again. No more embarrassing gas and my BM seem back to normal. I can’t recommend this enough.
