So, it arrived broken, the bottom layer had a crack in it. I messaged the seller to tell them and to request a new bottom section to be sent out and have had no further response and no bottom section sent out. I've given it two stars because we can use the bag that it came with to put lunch in. Not a hot lunch like we hoped but my daughter has been taking food to school in the bag so it get two stars for the bag.

A great idea for work. I put my breakfast in one pot, snacks in another and lunch in the bottom. It keeps food cold from the fridge. I don’t know what it’s like at keeping food hot. It’s not good if you have a large appetite but if you’re trying to keep your portion size under control it’s fabulous. If it doesn’t fit in save it for when you get home for tea.

Great use. A bit too big for me, I'm using only one or two for lunch as the whole thing but for big eaters the set of three will be great. Hot food from the oven or pan after 5hours will be lukewarm, for me that's ok. Overall, a great buy :)

Great for picnics, but a little heavy for every day lunches. Super fast delivery though!

I Made sure to read reviews before purchase. Arrived compartments won’t open as they are lodged shut. So the food is trapped inside, and can’t be opened. The product late on the first and only use. Do not recommend.

This item has not come with instructions or care instructions with it. It is supposed to be thermal...it does not keep your soup hot, the design makes it difficult to put back together as the the thread on the insides are difficult to match up! overall a poor product.

Very useful lunch box, lots of containers, good quality, washes well in the dishwasher. My daughter loves it.

Just brilliant when comes with the bag.
