just what I needed
The product was exactly as described, only took a few minutes to set up. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay shipping. It is not a Prime product. Although, I am finding more and more things are not Prime. Just like the Prime TV, almost everything costs extra.

good but takes getting used to
i wouldn't call it a touch screen, it has a "touch key pad", it stopped working right in the middle of printing a document, took a couple of times to uninstall and reinstall before it started to work again. printed my first document by wifi directly from my phone, very cool, i'm old.

Rip Off
Epson used to be a good brand. This is a nice enough, inexpensive, printer BUT the cartridges are about half the size of other brands and, in my opinion, considerably less than half the ink. And about the same money. I got new cartages to replace the joke starter cartridges, printed out 50-100 pages - mostly black - and the cyan one is almost out. DO NOT BUY ANY PRINTER THAT USES THESE CARTRIGES! I'll have to buy refilled ones that I have had problems with and hope they hold more ink.

Inexpensive Epson printer
I didn’t like the fact that the paper feed in the back had a tendency to get stuck. Otherwise it was easy to set up and use. It prints, faxes and copies. The pages are high quality.

It works well
Still new, but seems to work well. Fast printing, good quality. It will be interesting to see how long the ink cartridges last.

Poor quality printer
Works great before I used up the original WF-212 ink cartages. Then I replace all 4 cartages with new ones from Epson. That resulted in "replace the cartages". After a dozen reinstalls, it says "unrecognized code". I gave up and bought another printer. Hopefully I get lucky and the new remanufactured Printer works. I am tired of buying a printer, annually.

Great little ink-jet printer
The Epson WF-2850 arrived in a good time and worked well on setup. Lots of downloads to get all of the appropriate software but everything was smooth. Provided you are aware of what you want and buy the printer with the nearest specs to your needs then you ahould be right. This printer met my specs and was what the sales blurb said it was. Happy!

Good copying.
I hate directions that are only pictures because they can be ambiguous. And i had nowhere to play c.d. but with a bit of commonsense it was fairly easy to work out how to set printer up.
