2102 Hydraulic Oil HLP ISO VG 46, Mineral, Longlife, 5L

Description

Year-round mineral hydraulic oil for hydraulic equipment in stationary and mobile equipment operating in standard and high operating temperatures. It has been developed taking into account the requirements of industrial hydraulic systems under conditions of high loads, pressures, temperatures and/or speeds. Product features: - It contains anti-wear, oxidation protection, corrosion protection and anti-foam additives. - It has good wear protection properties that minimise the wear of the parts in conjunction with hydraulic pumps, ensuring a longer service life. ; - Modern cleaning-dispersing additives ensure ideal cleanliness of parts of a hydraulic system, thus protecting the precision parts from wear and tear and prolonging the life of the equipment; - A high thermal-oxidative and thermal stability reduces the formation of all types of deposits and corrosive substances, which increases the reliability of the operability of subsystems (valves, hydraulic directional valves, etc.) while being characterised by excellent filterability; - Due to good corrosion protection properties, it protects surfaces of all metals and alloys used from the corrosive effect of acids and water, which significantly reduces maintenance and repair costs; - It is characterised by excellent demulsifying properties, low freezing temperature and long service life; - The resistance to foaming promotes the efficiency of the hydraulic pumps; - It is neutral to all sealing materials as well as paint and varnish coatings compatible with mineral oils. It avoids leaks and therefore reduces procurement costs. It is recommended for use as a performance fluid for industrial hydraulic systems: - Stationary equipment (press machines, lifts, moulding machines, robots, industrial machines, forming machines, etc.); - Mobile equipment (construction, highway, mining, tree harvesting, various urban and special equipment, etc.); - The following types: Denison, Eaton VICKERS, GEROTOR, GRESEN, HPM, CESSNA, HYDRECO, WORTHINGTON, etc. - If syringe, gear, impeller, axial piston pumps are present in accordance with the manufacturer requirements; - If oil standards DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP) or ISO 11158 (HM) must be complied with. To use it correctly, read the instruction manual of the equipment thoroughly!
