Great for my small dogs -- a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix and a Cocker Spaniel/Bichon mix. Worked even better on my Bichon Poodle (who passed) for his curls. Relatively gentle, easy to remove hair and detangle.

Perfect brush for small breeds. I love it. Works well and it’s easy to clean.

Best for shorter hair, but it's gentle and doesn't hurt the dog's skin or mine. The bristles have small rubber coverings that help protect the dog and your fingers. I use it to help get mats out along with a comb. If longer fur, I don't recommend, but it's good for everyday or for certain parts like ears.

My ShihTzu likes it, but does not work well for getting those mats behind ears. Size is good for tiny dogs, for general daily grooming. Approx 2" wide

This is a high quality slicker brush for dogs or cats. It has a comfortable rubber grip. The hand and brush head have a nice weight to it. I will be using mine for our chow puppy. I feel like it is a bit smaller than I would like so I will keep and use this one and order a larger one when I need it.

Gentle on coat and skin. Was a gift for friends who got a doodle puppy. Works great on their cats too.

Love these Safar brushes and comb to maintain my toy golden doodle's curl coat and to gently remove any matts that are starting to form. My groomer recommended gently combing first, then brushing with the hair and then against. She looks and feels wonderful!

Helps get "knots" out of my puppy's fir... really good

The only complaint is it might be better in an oval shape.

I have small dogs and this brush is very handy. I like the coated tips at the end of the bristles. It makes brushing more comfortable for the dog. I highly recommend this for a number of breeds of dogs.

My dog’s groomer recommended this as my tiny cocker type dog was prone to ear matting - I brush her ears every night with this tool and she seems to find the process comfortable enough (tends to fall asleep) and her ears become beautifully smooth and silky.
