I love these, I bought 3 personalised mugs for a small prizes for a Traitors Party event we hosted. I was happy that we got to keep one! The prints are really good, the colour is spot on, exactly like the image I uploaded. Really fast next day delivery, pretty good given it's personalised. I can't speak for the "text", I just went for the image. I thought these were so good I've since order another one, this time it's a cartoon photo of our kids to give my wife for mother's day. Oh...decent quality cup too, perfect for a brew!

Perfect except for spelling typo.
Everything was meant to be 'perfect' but it turned out to be 'oerfect' instead. Maybe it is a typo or printing mistake. 5 stars for prompt refund as I pointed out that the images were also the wrong way round, i.e. image 1 is on side 2, instead of side 1, vice versa. So happy with immediate refund to my Amazon account, that I immediately ordered another one, with a better design. The re-order was perfect with excellent print and brilliant colours. It was a gift to my boss who not know whether to laugh or cry. :-)

Print isn’t great
Photos are good but text is distorted and parts of the letters haven’t printed.

Got a customised mug for my mum as one of her Mother’s Day gifts. She loved it. The print is clear print and so is the writing. You’re able to customisable both sides of the mug as well as the font, so I went with two different pictures with different writing on either side. She quite liked the font I chose, so all in all a good purchase. Came next day too.
