Why the device shows"link error/connection error"?

1. Confirm that your vehicle complies with the OBD2 protocol. 2. Check and compare with the brand of your vehicle. The fault code database can be shared with the same manufacturer.

Why I can't erase the fault code?

The fault causing the fault code to show will need to be repaired first then code can be erased. AD310 only support clear the code of emission system.

Will it diagnose ABS or SRS?

Unfortunately, no. The main function of AD310 scanner is to detect the engine system, read and clear the fault codes, but Ancel FX2000 can do ABS and SRS.

Why the device shows"DTC definition not found! Please refer to vehicle service manual!

This warning message indicates that this fault code is a manufacturer-defined fault code and does not fall under the OBDII universal fault code category.

Quick,easy,inexpensive diagnostic tool.

This product makes engine issue diagnosis quick and simple. I used one my car,and it immediately diagnosed the issue without complicated codes to decipher. The instructions were were simple to understand. The cost was very good, the size of the unit allows you to store it in the glove box for easy access. Good product.
