Wecool Moonwalk M1 Bluetooth Truly Wireless in Ear Earbuds with Mic (Black)

Initially when i bought them, i was suspicious, how buds costing just 999 can get more than 4 star. The reason is wireless buds are relatively new in the market and it requires huge investment and R&D to make this product. Most buds available in the market are either costly (4000) or of bad quality if cheaper. So i took a risk and bought them. When i received them i kept the box safe for 10 days, in case if anything goes wrong, i can return them immediately. After 15 days i can say investment was worth risking. Sound is good, better than JBL endurance run ( wired and cost you the same). I could manage atleast 4 hours continous music or video streaming with 1 full single charge( not including the case). It provides enough passive NC so you could live sometime off with yourself. No problem with the shortcut buttons. They dont fall out while running or gymming. I dont really know about lag during games because i hardly play any game. There are few areas where improvement is needed : * you are not audible to other person during calls if you speak in low volume. * connectivity issues sometimes when you go beyond 7 metres. All in all it's a great earbud keeping its price in mind.

I was waiting for these ear buds anxiously, and thanks to the excellent services of Amazon, it reached me on the promised date. The packing was nice and safe, secured. I got the product in a wonderful condition. Initially I had a little problem in pairing these with my Samsung Galaxy M31, as my mobile was saying that an app is required to pair these ear buds. But when I tried second time, after restarting my mobile, it paired very smoothly. I tried to listen a Santoor piece by Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma, and I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of the ear buds. It was far far beyond my expectations, as I knew that I am not spending a fortune on these ear buds. At Rs 900, one should not expect too much. One must be realistic. But overall the sound quality was excellent, although the bass was not as powerful, but still it was more than satisfactory. Noise cancellation too was above average. I had a little problem with the earbuds fitting securely in my ears. But I think the problem lies in my ears, and not in the products, as no product has satisfied me in this regard. i have purchased the item and on the very first day i full charged the case and buds.... i have used the buds for 4 hours continuous until battery reached 20%.... after reaching 20% it keeps on saying battery low ...battery low....so you can use it until it reaches 20%, once it reaches 20 you will not be able to use it due to annoying announcements of battery low...... the second part is , after reaching 20% i put the buds in charging case which was full charged as i mentioned, it took about 2 - 3 hours to buds to get fully charged but draw back was charging case battery was remained 30% only...... SO buds used 70% battery of charging case to reach to 20 to 100 percent level.....so if you go by calculation it says each buds 50 mah and charging case is 350 mah....so how buds could used 70 percent of 350 mah(245 mah) in single charge, while company is claiming 2-3 additional charge from the case....i dont feel case is of 350 mah or may i have received faulty item... i know this product is having soo many positive reviews but i feel they have not crossed check the buds and case by draining the full batteries of both the things.....since you dont have on/off button in case so you can not get the exact idea of how much battery gets drained from case in single charge....buds starts getting charge at the moment u put them in case.....so whenever you take the buds out from case it will show 100 percent charged as long as you have charge in your case....

04 Nov 2020- Got it for ₹799/- minus 10% for Diwali sale. Extremely good for it's price range. Calling, connectivity & battery backup is good. The earbuds are so small that one is worried of loosing them without the case. Heavy bass gets distorted but otherwise sound quality is extremely decent. Gets disconnected & reconnected once in a while. Case can charge max upto 1.5 times. Bottom line, worth buying. 30 Nov‐ Nearly a month on. Still performing very well. Will update if anything changes! 22 Dec- Reducing 1 star. The earbuds are not starting autocharge when being placed inside the box. Have to put them again multiple times or connect charging wire to start the charging of earbuds. Have approached Service support on WhatsApp. Got no response on one number so posted on the second number! 10 Jun 22- After 1 year & 7 months of usage, 1 of the 2 buds gets discharged within 10 minutes. 2nd one still giving a decent usage of about 5 hours. So overall a decent product at this price range. Would have increased the rating if would have got response on my earlier compmaint.

I am writing this review on We Cool Moonwalk-M1 True wireless Ear Buds after 6 months after this purchase, since i want to share my honest and detailed user experience with this product and services. Took a little longer than expected, also my recent experience when I had to claim warranty. Hope this review might help someone to make a more informed choice. The reasons I bought this M1 wireless ear Buds. A: Its budget and pocket friendly loaded with features. B: I was looking for an alternate(non touch enabled with a single press button ) wireless ear buds as the other pair has touch controls which I found a little invasive at times(especially while listening to music, with a slight touch can activate voice assist which tampers with the feel of the music and can be irritating. I am not a heavy or rough user, since these are my extra pair, use them mostly for music, video and sometimes call. To start with, the charging box is not very sturdy, the lid has a curved surface which gives firm grip, despite being so small, there’s no chance in the box to slip however, the buds could slip though, also scratch prone so a little care & sensibility is required there. Battery: On a single charge juice can lasts for about 3 – 3.5 hours for ear buds and some 15-20 minutes charge in between marathon sessions is enough infotainment for the next 6-7 hours. Sound quality and Bass: Sound is more towards treble (what I felt),very balanced though in terms of both loudness and pitch, you can feel the bass but it’s not rounded, punchy or thumping enough. However with an equalizer or bass boost app for Smartphone users, the bass can really get heavy into heavier depending upon your individual settings and preference I am sure even Bassheads won’t be disappointed here. For Calls: All the functions like to accept/reject, play/pause, volume up and down can be controlled right from the ear buds itself, no need to rush to your phone every time the phone rings or control the volume. Microphone/Voice quality is clear, not much lag within 10 meters range, however, if you are in a middle of a street or at a crowded place, use one of the ear buds as a microphone and place it closer your mouth, the person at the other end of the call will not have any difficulty hearing you clearly, can’t expect a background noise reduction feature for calls in this price range. Water resistance: I really cannot comment anything on that as I never had a situation to test. It was all smooth until 4 days ago, I switched on the ear buds as I had a call to attend , my other pair was not charged so took this M1 out and to my utter shock the language is changed to Chinese on its own, I never dropped it or changed any setting it was left where I been keeping all these days. No matter what I tried ( switch on & off, pair un pair and charge it still had 82% charge left. I couldn’t change it, after some time I got confused with the left & right ear bud as they are identical with no marking on them. I contacted WeCool customer support, they understood my issue and sent me links of video tutorials for troubleshoot as well as instructions. After almost 25 minutes that include(watching videos, understand them, follow all the steps and with some rigorous pressing, releasing & pressing) it finally changed back to English( I guess an elderly parent at home or children might have a hard time to fix this) and this time, the left channel went completely shut down, the light blinks, shows charging but no sound. Got in touch with WeCool again, they were very helpful & courteous and offered me to replace the ear buds only, which made sense and I readily agreed as all the other contents of the original box were intact. if they want I can ship the faulty ear buds back to them. Their unmatched top of the line service and expert handling of customer concern is the real value addition to this splendid product Pros: 1. Design, Features & Value for money, has the best specs available less than 1k segment, looks stylish and Cool, light weight easily sneaks in pocket, no bulk at all. 2. Metered reading, on the charging case/box which indicates actual amount of charge is the highlight of this product at this price range under 1k. Volume controls right from the ear Buds is another advantage, you don't need to rush for your phone every time it rings or control volume (up & down) for music from a distance of 6-10 meters. 3. Call, Music, Video serves all purposes and ease in usage. 4. Excellent after sales support from We Cool team 5. Can seamlessly switch between call & music. Cons: 1. The ear Buds emit a Red & Blue light while in use that's not cool. I hope the Manufacturer considers this aspect in their future offerings. 2. Usage for more than 2 hours at a stretch can give slight ear ache, try changing the ear tips with the extra tips in the box for a proper cushioning of ear Buds and avoid friction. I will change mine once the replacement ear Buds arrive and ship back the faulty ones to them, will keep you posted on that. A delightful experience with this wireless Moonwalk-M1 ear buds. Absolutely go for it without any hesitation if you are on a tight budget and still need all the loaded features. Ideal gift for family member or friends, they will be thrilled or you’re looking for an extra pair, the search could end here. Note : Edited review after earbuds stopped working after 1 month Purchased at Rs 999, posting after a few weeks of usage. Box contents : - 2 earbuds - Charging box - USB type B mini charging cable - 2 extra rubber pads (One large and one small) Battey life : Using for listening to music while doing house work. With about 2-3 hours of usage per day, fully charged earbuds + case last about 3 days. Charging time : Charging is fast. Case+ earbuds generally get charged within an hour. Sound quality : Being a low cost earphones, don't expect audiophile level quality. It's not bad, but not too good either. Decent enough to watch movies or TV series. Comfort : The medium sized rubber pads kept falling from my ear, but the large sized works perfectly. Charging Case : Build quality of the case could be better. It is made of low quality plastic, can possibly break after a few drops. The cover closes with a snap, which is good, but the snap action can get damaged after long use. Still, it has worked fine for me till now, so can't complain much. The earbuds get attached magentically to the charging points which is really nice. Also, display for amount of charge left is really neat. Final verdict : Very, very decent earphones considering the low price of Rs. 999 only. Update after 1 month of use : Right earbud stopped working. Contacted manufacturer for warranty claim. Update : No reply from manufacturer regarding warranty claim. Reducing rating.
