I take these for every theme park day or unfortunate encounter with a boat. If you're like me, boats mean losing your lunch. It's a quick way to have a terrible time on your vacation or day off. I have gotten incredibly motion sick and prone to car sickness as I've aged, and this product has been an actual lifesaver while flying or being a passenger in the car. I just take two, 20-30 minutes before leaving and I feel little to no dizziness or nausea. Don't make the mistake of purchasing the regular kind! These ones are non-drowzy (I think they're literally just ginger) and really do have no adverse side effects at all.

I took the pills daily once. I only noticed feeling queasy one time but for a short time approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

Must have if you get motion sickness, wither on a boat or flying or whatever. I use it for flying and on cruise ships. Works great for me.

I have severe motion sickness that I can barely be on a car ride. This weekend I took 2 pills for the first time on a 6 hour drive and I felt completely normal the entire time.
