I used this YEECHUN upgraded kit (W10350375 adjusters, positioners, clips, and stop tracks) to repair the broken upper rack adjusters on my Whirlpool dishwasher model WDT780SAEM2, and everything worked perfectly! The parts are fully compatible, snapped into place just like the originals (after a little effort), and now the top rack glides smoothly, adjusts height easily, and stays secure without any tilting or coming off the rails. Installation was straightforward—I watched a quick YouTube video for "W10350375 installation" (plenty for Whirlpool models like mine), and it took about 30 minutes. These upgraded parts are noticeably sturdier than the factory ones, with reinforced wheels and better materials that should hold up much longer. The only minor note is that the stop tracks (W10508950) are a slightly tighter fit than the originals, so it took a bit more pressure to clip them on securely. But once in, they hold great and do a better job preventing the rack from pulling out too far—definitely an improvement for durability! This kit saved me from an expensive repair or new dishwasher. Excellent quality, great value, and highly recommended for anyone with a similar Whirlpool/Kenmore/KitchenAid model.

This was a life saver in fixing the top rack of our dish washer. Arrives so fast and with clear instructions on assembly. All the parts fit perfectly and the rack is just as sturdy as it was with the original parts. Highly recommend especially for the price.

The product was what I needed however, did not come with any instructions or steps. I was able to watch videos online and figure it out, but it took awhile for installation. I have never done this before and even though it took awhile, I was able to install the new parts and my top rack works great.

Worked great, a good price and it’s an upgraded design over the OEM parts. If you’re shopping for this it’s probably because the little plastic hubs for the wheels broke. Well, this one has actual metal screws so hopefully it will last a long time. No instructions are included but if you search this part number several YouTube videos are available to help.

I got this kit to replace my top rack slider hardware whice simply fell apart as I added dishes one evening. The new part quality seems just a good, if not better than the OEM part which has plastic retainers on the slider wheels. The upgraded part has a metal screw retaining the slider wheel. Assembly was straightforward, I did watch a YouTube video beforehand. I like that the kit comes with extra clips in case you break one swapping out the slider assembly. Thankfully I did not need them. Total time took me about 30 minutes from start to finish to do both sides. The longest time was spent remembering how the shelf slider retaining clips went back on after I slid the repaired shelf back in.... If there are any issues with the new hardware I will edit my review, as of now, it's a 5 star.

Had purchased another variation of this from another seller, without the wheels, and it didn't work well. This, however, did in fact work and has made the dishwasher feel brand new! My top rack was sagging and a lot of parts were melting, and I was really worried about having to have things replaced and getting a technician out here but the parts were easy to replace and I recommend YouTube for specific parts like opening the casing for the pulling mechanism. All in all, definitely worth it (for now!) and hopefully it holds up for years to come.
