restored my notary stamp to like-new printing
very easy to drip onto "half-opened/rotated" ink pad. To be clear,you have to activate stamp pad 1/2 way to expose "inker" then drip ink past stamp to the stamp pad. Allow to soak in and then works like new. Very good price per ounce.
