I own four of these energy packs. Eliminates the need for any other batteries. They work tremendously well. I’ve had no problems. It’s very easy to install. Battery life is unending. It it gives my cameras constant power. Although some of my panels are in somewhat shaded areas, they are still going strong, providing plenty of power. Extremely easy to install. The quality is fine. Works perfectly with my stealthcam cellular cameras. I did question if I should buy the larger more expensive panels, but based on comments from friends who were using these panels, these were supposed to work fine. And they certainly do.

I saw mixed reviews about this fitting the Spypoint Link Micro so I'll report my findings. The connector/plug is big so when you plug it into the Link Micro you have to bend it ever so slightly. Not enough to damage and it seems to fit fine without wanting to back out. The issue you may have is when you add security to the camera. If you just strap the camera to a tree without any locks or security boxes you'll be fine. I use a master lock cable lock which interferes with the plug but I can still wedge it in and it works. If I had a thicker one it probably wouldn't. I can also see it not working or having trouble getting it to work if you were to put the camera in one of the security boxes.

Simply put the unit leaked, the inside boards are rusted, and it doesn’t work anymore. See attached photo to view the damage inside the unit. The unit has not worked for approximately the last 4 months, so I chopped it up to being too shady in the area and the unit was not charging (camera was working off the regular installed batteries). But when I went to take it down last week, I decided to look inside it and saw the damage from it getting wet. I have emailed Stealth to ask what they are doing to correct this problem and how do I get it replaced given it operated for approximately 6 months total before failing? I visited Amazon where I purchased the unit and their website says to contact the manufacturer, and Stealth’s website says to contact the authorized dealer. So I’m at a catch 22…Surely Stealth knows this is an issue since the design has been changed from the camera wire being moved from the top to the bottom due to apparent leaks. Stealth should replace the item free of charge given the short life span that was experienced with this product. I have also emailed their tech support email address 3 times in the last month with questions regarding the Sol-Pak without any response so far. Unacceptable service.

Does everything it is supposed to so far. Only concern is it does come with a short cord so it has to be very close to the camera

I've had these on 2 separate cameras for about 3 years in all weather conditions in northern Utah high desert. One cable gave me problems and there's no way to just buy the cable. But my cameras have been invaluable knowing if we have trespassers

There are locking screws to adjust this for maximum sun exposure It could not be easier to hang this on a tree and adjust it to the max. sun exposure. Seamless connect to Muddy Cams or Stealth Cams really saves me money on batteries.

Nice and fast shipping

I have purchased 4 of these with varying results. They are not very reliable. They sporadically quit charging or just die completely. The screw-in plug on the cord is sketchy and is prone to breakage. You have to be very methodical in the connection to the camera or the cord doesn't stay engaged. I'm going to try a different brand of battery pack.

Awesome solar panel and replaces batteries. I use it for a cell camera and it’s kept it fully charged all fall

I leave cameras out year round and some in areas you don’t want to hike into just to change out batteries. I have some that have been active since last September and they have worked flawlessly up to now even with the frigid temps this winter.

Junk, worked for a month or so, sent back to Amazon for replacement and Amazon sent me another used one

It works great and nice that I don't need to double a every month as it takes 16 at a time, and it was fast delivery

Ok plastic kinda cheep don’t over tighten I broke one side that hold strap but it stay up.
