Beet Root Capsules
I wanted to try these capsules because I'd read good reviews about the benefits of beets for energy and circulation. I like that they're natural, gluten-free, and produced in the USA; that gave me confidence. Plus, they're easy to take and don't have a bad taste, which is always appreciated. However, after several days of using them, I haven't felt a clear change in how I feel. Maybe they need more time to take effect, or maybe they just didn't work as well for me.
