Good quality roll of 1 inch wide black elastic bands. Good value, adjustable, and ample size depending on use. Elastic material is suitable for light to medium duty use. We used it for tightening waist of pants and shorts, but less effective than desired. Elastic fabric tears if over stretched. We discovered too late, if using for jeans and other thick material, best to double the thickness. In other words, fold the tape so there are two layers. This will increase the strength and contraction. Otherwise, a good value and recommended.

This is a good quality elastic to replace elastic in comfortable clothes. I use it for any 1" elastic need. It's gentle but strong and maintains its strength.
