YES, only one size, It is flexible and suitable for most people.

Can it be worn while cutting veggies?

Although you could wear them to cut veggies, I would suggest gloves (powder free) and perhaps the silicone ones. When these get wet, they’re annoying to me.

Can I type on a computer keyboard with them?

You may be able to as they conform to your fingers, however I have never tried !
