Now my DMM sticks right to the car hood, water heater, dryer, etc. No more juggling nonsense. Could stand to be slightly cheaper, but it's so helpful than I'm not really complaining.

Works really well

This is the version that clips into the back of the meter, not the one that hangs by a strap. It's extremely compact, and works great to hold the meter on a ferrous metal surface. The only disadvantage is that it's kind of pricey at 20 bucks for a magnet. But it is the one that fits the meter so I had to have it!

Works as intended

The klein meter I bought didn't come with any form of magnets and I also wanted to avoid the strap magnets since I've had no luck with them holding my meters in the past but this is a big, solid magnet that slides right onto the back of your meter and functions how it should. The only thing to watch out for is that you don't lose it when retrieving your meter after using it. Although it locks onto the meter, the magnet is strong so if you slide it upwards to pull it off a unit you might accidentally leave the magnet behind.

Good to have this on your Klein clamp meter. Definitely helps during checking or troubleshooting electrical systems..

This is a worthwhile add-on to your Klein clamp meter (I'm using the CL390). Clips onto the back of the meter and has a very strong magnet to give you options to mount your meter while doing work.
